Great cottage, even in winter we loved the views. It was impeccably cleaned and smelled like fresh laundry and soap when we arrived. Very comfortable bed and couch. Sarah and Jon were very friendly and helpful. Great walks/hikes straight from the cottage.

Sally’s place felt like going through a portal into a magical garden. The house was so cozy with beautiful vintage decor and an amazing fireplace. The highlight of the trip was eating breakfast outside by the river and watch the ducks. And can’t forget about the lovely host Sally is! Always responsive and helpful with lots of good food and nature walks recommendations.

We'd just sold our house of 22 years and needed somewhere to stay for a few days and I was in such muddle I'd not even looked in any detail at where we were staying so arriving at Bethnal and Becs was a lovely surprise. Everything was luxury and quality. Chris and Vicky put a lot of energy and love into making the stay there relaxing. We loved the amazing double shower and the outside bath. Great walk to the Jolly Waggoners pub nearby. We hope to have an excuse to come back.

Travelled for work, great place to stay, very stylish and clean. Great country views and lots of open space. Chris and Vicky were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Sarah’s place was a great place to stay. We visited as a group of friends and the grounds were a real highlight - including the lake and hot tub! The mezzanine bedroom is fully private. Would recommend!

Firstly what a lovely family of hosts, could not be more helpful and keen to please. The property is pristine, set in beautiful grounds, lovely walks from right outside your front door. First thing I did was book the next three weeks, highly recommended.

We stayed at this cottage with my parents and our 1 year old daughter, whilst visiting the Harry Potter Studio which was a short drive away! It was a really lovely cottage in a lovely area. The cottage had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were cosy and beds very comfy. Paul was very helpful with my requests regarding the baby gates and cot, which made our stay with a 1 year old very easy! Highly recommend this cottage!

We had an amazing stay! The home was so comfy and relaxing. Loved being able to take the children and dogs for long walks. Lovely local pub nearby. Angie and Charlie were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyable stay at Wrest Park. The accommodation was great, with a lovely private garden. The immediate proximity, and access, to Wrest Park grounds was a real bonus. There is a playground for the kids, and beautiful grounds to walk around. Check-in process was easy, and the communication from the host was excellent. The whole weekend felt very like a very unique experience, and would highly recommend.

This cosy house is perfectly located within a very pretty town . Easy walking distance to: shops; pubs; restaurants; train station! The house itself is super comfortable and has everything we needed for our break, including parking space for our car! Matt, the host, checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was great !

This was our second visit to James & Felicity’s beautiful cottage. Everything was just perfect again, from the Christmas tree in our bedroom to the amenities, the difference being we had an additional guest - our 6 month old baby! James and Felicity kindly added a lovely travel cot and high chair. We actually hosted Christmas for family who live locally, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a special Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. James and Felicity are wonderful hosts, quick to respond, incredibly kind and polite, all round good eggs. Thank you! I have a feeling we’ll be back again!

Well positioned comfortable accommodation. We used it for visiting family locally and as a base for London Landmarks Half Marathon, it would be great for a base for London trips.

We stayed at Lee's for four months while my husband was shooting a movie at the nearby bovingdon airfield. This is the perfect location in terms of proximity to the studio. The place is very clean, quiet and peaceful. There are footpaths at the end of the driveway to a sprawling forest, ending at the common where there's a nice pub. You'll need a car here to reach most things, but this was expected in the countryside. The shower is a little small for tall people (my husband), but otherwise the place is wonderful and has absolutely everything you need. Lee even had the place cleaned once a week, included in the fee. A great option for filmmakers who don't mind being in the country.

What a lovely property and hosts. Spotlessly clean, and everything of high quality, In a beautiful location, which was so peaceful. Sarah met us and showed us around the property, and were only next door if any problems. There was milk in the fridge and tea and coffee, so able to have a cuppa on arrival. On leaving Sarah's husband took the keys and chatted, after realising my excitement when lambs were mentioned, was kind enough to show us their sheep, and Ewes that had recently had lambs. So thankyou you made my day. I had to get in touch with Sarah after arriving home, as had mislaid a necklace, Sarah was very concerned and kindly took the time and trouble to search the property looking for it, luckily I have found it since. We would not hesitate to stay again. There are lots of beautiful areas to visit, in this pretty part of the world. Lovely hosts and a pub you can walk to.

The accommodation was beautiful. Just liked the photos and description, with beautiful decor and features. It was comfortable and clean. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Aideen was very helpful and friendly providing detailed information about her home, check and local area. Had a lovely stay.

Absolutely lovely place. Not far at all from Cambridge so we had a lovely day out there. The scenery of the place is beautiful. We were so lucky to have the sun all weekend and it just made things 10x better. The place was clean and so comfortable with the view of the fields outback. Rachel was lovely and made it very clear if we had any issues to just message her but no issues at all over the weekend. Definitely would stay again :) xx
