James was very responsive during our stay with any questions we might have had and the home was the perfect place for our Spring Break trip - the pool was a hit with the kids and was the perfect place to hang out at in the evenings once getting back from exploring the area during the day.

We got this for a little weekend away. We had a great time swimming, kayaking, fishing, making s’mores over the fire pit, and just spending time together. It was a beautiful house on beautiful property. It was absolutely worth it.

Place was amazing we switched are Airbnb to this one cause of the master shower and proximity to temple and it was well worth it and more in person

Great place for my extended family to stay. Pool hot tub was great place to relax after the busy day. This place was perfect and the pictures were right on.

Overall a really great place to stay! The pool area definitely looks HUGE in the photos and it’s not so much in real life. There were 6 of us and we had little seated hammock floats and we were bumping into each other on all sides. The hot tub was amazing but again limited seating. However, one side had this little lounger seat in the hot tub and I wanted to spend the whole weekend in that spot. House size and amenities were great. We cooked the whole weekend and had everything we needed. My friends and I felt right at home and felt we had plenty of room to spread out. I would recommend.

We truly enjoyed our spring break at this oasis in Waco! We got to do our sightseeing and then got to come back to a clean and comfortable house! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was lots of everything in the house, so if you needed it, I am sure you could find it there! Awesome place!!

The house is so beautiful and a perfect getaway from the city life. The house is very authentic and has so much of history and culture in it. Absolutely loved the place and the backyard too! Would definitely visit again.

Andrew is proactive. There was an issue that he handled immediately! The place is beautiful close to the things that were of interest to us. It’s a up and growing area. Great old home being revived. Of which this is one of them. Go to Terry Black’s bbq close by yum!

Loved that we were off the beaten path but still close enough to get to places in Waco within 15-20 minutes. Peaceful, quiet location where I was able to walk with the dog and not worry about traffic. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided.

This home was perfect for our girls weekend in Waco! I loved the location being so walkable to downtown and the Silos. The home was spacious for 2 and a pup (I think it'd be nice for 4 people also). I appreciated how responsive Alicia was!

Yahaira was a fantastic host and I loved staying at her cozy home. I had a very smooth check-in and she even happened to be at the property when I arrived and helped me get into the house. This home had absolutely everything I needed and more. Yahaira does a fantastic job at anticipating the needs of guests and included bathroom essentials like toothpaste, lotion, S/C, and more. She also had a nicely stocked kitchen perfect for whipping up a meal. The house was spacious and parking was easy. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy home and felt very safe and cared for throughout my stay. Yahaira is a very responsive host and I would absolutely book with her again!!😄

Took my wife for her birthday getaway from the city (Houston). We absolutely loved waking up in the morning and looking outside to see the horses roam free. The rooftop patio absolutely sold us, as we were able to have a glass of wine up there and enjoy the cool weather. We took in the city of Waco, but you don’t have to leave the premises to enjoy your time. We would definitely go back anytime.

Erin's property was very nice and pleasant. It provided all that we needed. Erin's communication was high level and friendly. Property was located not far from the points of interests we wanted to tour in Waco. Only thing wrong...our stay was too short! Thank you Erin for being a good hostess. bj

We came for a quick weekend trip, attended a concert at the Backyard (great venue) hit all the boutiques and farmer’s market on Saturday that was just a few blocks from the house. Plenty of room for 4 of us with everything we could possibly need. Loved the house, linens, and the decor. Highly recommend.

This has truly become our family’s home away from home! Always peaceful, quiet, and quaint, just as described! Looking forward to the next visit! 😊

We had a lovely stay at the Juniper House! The home was very clean and cozy. It was the perfect location for everywhere we wanted to go and we felt right at home. We stayed busy during the days, so it was the perfect house to unwind at during the evenings. We especially loved the big backyard for our pup!

Great place to stay. Will return if we are back to the area. Jack is a wonderful host and easy to get a hold of.

One afternoon there was a wind/dust storm. The host called as soon as there was a notification sent out from the utility company. She apologized and let me know the estimated time of return to service. Very kind folks. Enjoyed their comfy home.

Our stay was perfect! The details of the home are lovely, and they considered every aspect of what could possibly be needed or wanted during our stay. Our pups were welcomed, too, and the yard was terrific for them to run, play, and burn some energy. Thank you, Hodson family, for being magnificent hosts.

Was cute little place to stay! Perfect for our daughter and her family. They worked with checkin time. We got into town and had a wedding rehearsal and dinner so we checked in late. But Joe & Janie were very responsive and would check in and see how we are doing, if all was okay! They were so great!!! Definitely would recommend this place! And would definitely stay again!

From the moment we stepped into this mid-century modern retreat, we were in awe. The open and spacious layout felt airy and inviting, perfectly complemented by the unique and carefully curated art pieces throughout the home. Every detail in the décor added character, making it feel like more than just a rental. The massive windows framed breathtaking views of the lake. The kitchen was impressively well-appointed, making meal prep a breeze, and the beds were so comfortable that we felt right at home. We also really appreciated the early check-in time, which gave us extra hours to settle in and enjoy the space. It was the perfect setting for our 1960s art mystery party! The stylish decor and retro vibes made it feel like we had stepped right into the era. Our guests were just as enchanted by the space as we were! This home isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to create memories. If you love mid-century style and a thoughtfully designed space, this is the perfect getaway.

We stayed for work in the area. Comfortable parked 3 vehicles and 1 trailer. Home was great and comfortable. We will definitely look here to book again in the future.
