This spot was amazing for our Snowboarding trip, and the group of friends who went absolutely love the location, and of course, right close Giants Ridge made it all the more better. Abby was very responsive, and accommodating! We do this trip annually, and will definitely be booking this again!!

The place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. Also, it is incredibly close to one of the alpine ski lofts for Giants Ridge (literally right across the street). We will definitely stay again!

An absolutely amazing trip. We booked the boathouse to get away from the world for a few days and experience one of Minnesota's beautiful lakes. When we arrived at the boat landing, Julia was waiting for us and took us out to the island. During our visit, we never went further out then we could paddle. The island is a very serene setting - a perfect blend of awe inspiring nature, as well as rustic, yet very comfortable anemities. We spent our days sleeping in a comfortable bed, cooking lunch in the full kitchen while taking in the beauty of the lake, taking in the smell of the pines and exploring the waters on kayaks, paddleboards, and the aquabike. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset every night from the shore, and took our time looking at the endless stars before before retiring to the boathouse for the night. At night, we listened to the waves crash against the shore and loons sing to each other. To the people who grew up visiting the Northwoods, this will feel very nostalgic, and people who have never been will enjoy the new memories and experiences greatly. A perfect place to disconnect from the world. In addition to the wonderful nature and great boat house, Julia is an absolute gem of a person. From the moment we met her, she was so kind and welcoming. You can tell she has a great love and appreciation for the island. She was extremely responsive to questions prior to arriving, as well as when we were on the island. I cannot thank her enough.

Leisha was very helpful when the new software they were trying out double rented the unit. She had another unit available and put us in there and offered a generous refund. That illustrates her commitment to customer service! The resort is older but you can tell the owners are in process of fixing it up and care about it. The location is beautiful and we enjoyed the views and the water. Would love to come back some day and see the improvements!

The cabin was STUNNING, there was plenty of dishes and cookware to use and we had everything we needed. There was a local grocery store 10 minutes away with a gorgeous drive all the way there. We were never bored, our worst issue on the trip was just the heavy amount of mosquitoes! The cabin was a little hot, but plenty of fans were around the house to keep us cool.

Had a great stay At Emily's place, it was like our own little resort out on a point and private. We enjoyed the sandy beach with kayaks. We fished off the dock and our grandson caught lots of panfish. I caught a few Northern pike from the dock. The cabins were clean and comfortable. One cabin has a nice deck and we gathered there for meals. They have several fire pits, and we gathered around the fire most nights. It is only a few minutes from Grand Rapids and an easy run for groceries or coffee.

Buckhorn is beautiful. This was our second time staying and we had a great time, as we hoped! We will absolutely be coming back regularly as a family!!! thanks Peg!

Beautiful views and easy access to the Mississippi River. By far the BEST stocked AirBnb that we have stayed at. The kitchen and Island was amazing. I am a Baker from Pennsylvania and I baked a full dessert bar for a wedding in this kitchen with complete ease and space. The different outdoor seating areas were great for whatever you wanted to do. Derek was very responsive and helpful when needed. The oversized 2 car garage was a nice surprise as well.

Beautiful spot on the lake. Lots of rustic cabin vibe but spruced up with pretty decorative touches. Very conducive to family gathering inside and outside. Everything you needed was there and if it wasn't she was able to get it for you. It was nice not to have to bring all that I needed as it was included in the cabin(dishes, crockpot, microwave, oven, large fridge,silverware, Tupperware, bowls, plates, utensils, lawn chairs, picnic tables, porch with seating, firepit, firewood , kayaks, lifejackets, seating by dock, etc.)

Nice cabin on the lake! Our winter stay included cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Bart was helpful with information regarding local places to ski. The cabin was cozy, kitchen well equipped, the 2.5 bathrooms were a plus.

Can’t say enough great things about this cabin. Such cute decor, clean as a whistle, such a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, awesome location. We would head back in a second!

Thank you Shawn, Everything was clean, convenient, and comfortable. All in working order. The view is spectacular. We so enjoyed the deck overlooking the Lake...peaceful. We were here for the golf and it did not disappoint. Two are in the top 100 public golf courses. We will make this trip again and definitely stay here.
