Parking at the front of the house. 2 minute walk to the Greyhound pub, 10 minute walk through the village to the Pleasure Boat Inn on Hickling Broad. Here you can hire day boats, rowing boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Ideal for bird watchers, walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. 3.4 miles from the beach, popular with seal watchers.

We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.
