Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental is close walking distance to the ocean, Harbor, and town. There are lots of amenities at the complex, pool, billards, pong pong. Everything was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay again.

This was one of the best Airbnb locations that I've ever stayed in, including the actual condo and the host. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and came with everything that you would want for a beach vacation. There were extra blankets, sheets, tons of towels, soaps for the dish washer and washing machine, and all of the furniture was comfortable and clean. The location really couldn't be better. You are steps away from essentially a private beach in San Diego and have access to a ton of pools and seating areas that overlook the ocean. The weather in this part of SD is always nice and because you're so close to the water, the ocean breeze makes the condo comfortable and airy throughout the day. Alyssa was incredibly easy to work with, super responsive, and a great host. Booking with her, getting an early check in (Thank you!) and working out the details was straight forward and she was always clear and friendly. Next time I'm back in SD, I'll be looking to stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

Great place with plenty of space. Very well updated and well stocked as well. Amazing location and view. Nice balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Easy walk down to a very quiet beach. Easy walk or drive to bars, restaurants, coffee, gyms. JB’s communication was great and check in was easy. We will definitely be back.

Paul was a great host. He was friendly, responsive, and flexible. The place was exactly as advertised. The resort is very secure with friendly staff. It had everything… pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, laundry, games, and golf. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The place was very clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

This was everything we thought it would be according to the pictures and write up. Great place for the grandkids to come and visit with us due to the proximity to the beach and the on-site pool and hot tubs. Host was responsive and everything went as expected. Would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed at Sandra's condo at the beach several times. I love the peacefulness of the space. The colors are relaxing and the location is very quiet. The parking space in the parking garage is super close to the condo which is really helpful. And there's a great view of Oceanside Harbor from the patio. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. With lots of walking paths and easy access to the beach. The community is gated which gives a nice feel of safety. It's an easy walk to Mission Blvd where there are many shops and restaurants available. It's also an easy walk to the Harbor with many more restaurants, especially if you like seafood. I look forward to my next stay at Sandra's place!

Nick & Amy's place in Oceanside was wonderful! You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the place an hour before check-in but the hosts were super quick to accept, and proactively send me welcome messages with instructions to enter the property. I appreciated the clear instructions for parking as well. The beach is just a few steps away and I felt safe waking at night in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend picking this place if you're in Oceanside! Thanks for a great stay, Nick & Amy!

Nice, clean condo in a beautiful complex just steps from the beach. Everything as promised in the description. We had a fantastic time!

This was our second time staying at this condo. Very nice setup, so nice to being out dog and so close to the dog beach! Will stay again.

The place was lovely and location is beautiful. There is no real sound proofing so it can be quite noisy from outside, trains, garbage trucks, grounds keepers machines etc. which can mean some early starts to the day. The water was out for half a day on our first morning which we were not notified about, far from ideal when we all needed showers etc, so in that respect communication could do with improving. Overall though, we had a lovely time and it was the perfect place to finish our holiday.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Sharon is a great host. She was always watchful that we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. House is amazing. Pictures dont fully describe how beautiful the house is. Full kitchen utensils. Bedrooms, Bathroom, everything complete like if you were home. Amazing outdoor area to excercise, spend time at the pool, jacuzzi, even working/reading. Great bbq area, awesome grill. Lots of pool and beach toys! Dont think twice about renting this place! Cant wait to go back next holidays.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for the 11 of us, a lot to do, both on the property and around it, and it was very private. The house is very well stocked, in great shape and all of our needs were met.

We had such a great stay here! The hot tub and pool were total highlights — we ended up spending way more time just hanging out and relaxing than we expected. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day out. The location is awesome too. Super close to everything we wanted to do in San Diego — beaches, restaurants, the zoo, all of it was just a short drive away. It made getting around super easy. Also, the host was fantastic — super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question, which made everything really smooth and stress-free. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again next time we're in town. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful! The backyard is even bigger in person and the pool is definitely worth it with the waterslide! The slide also shoots water as well so you can slide easier! The house was pretty awesome with speakers that play outside and through the house so you can have music outside and inside at the same time. The rooms were nice and the loft room was huge with a projector for movies. The house itself is huge! The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all kinda connected like an open floor plan type of thing which is very nice and the gym is just the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend this house if you plan on having some quality time together or just some friends meeting up for the weekend. It has so much to offer that you will want to stay at least an extra day.

Great vacation quiet with lots to do at the house. I have older teens and they were so busy with games they were hardly on their phones. Very relaxing

Daniel N Emily’s place was perfect for an Easter weekend reunion of our children and their young families. The house was clean, large enough to ensure nobody felt cramped for space and all of the assessors needed for the kitchen and bathrooms were available and in great shape. The communication before taking residence was personable and professional. The owners are very understanding and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for our family and their three day visit. My wife and I would recommend this property if you have a large group and are looking for a safe and centralized location near everything you may wish to do in the Carlsbad area. Overall we had a great time with our stay. Lots of entertainment/activities at the house. Plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the pool and fire pit. The only hiccup was the cleaners didn’t make it out to the property prior to us arriving at the house. I contacted the hosts and they responded very quickly and made the situation right. So I was very satisfied with that. Our families loved the place, thank you for the experience.
