Great place close to restaurants, cafés, grocery store, stores, and public transportation. Place was exactly as described in listing. Perfect place to stay for my time in London would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Salmans place was nothing short of amazing. His quick response, kindness, problem solving skills & attention to detail made our stay worthwhile. The apartment was well equipped, easy to check in and out, very spacious for our family of 5. The location was also perfect enough to walk to some popular locations such as Leadenhall Market & Tower bridge, many restaurants & shops were in close proximity as well. We would 100% recommend Salmans apartment for your stay in London!

It was pleasant stay we had there , just 6 min walk from station, easy access for all shopping, clean n tidy , friendly host

The apartment is sunny and spacious with a great view of the Thames. The garage was useful to securely keep our car and local transport links were good to use during our stay.

Spacious and cosy apartment in a safe neighbourhood with great view over the Thames. Perfect for a family of 5. The kids loved it. The O2 underground and the Uber boat pier are only a 10 minutes walk away. Would definitely book it again if staying in London.

We had a perfect stay at Megan’s place. Nice drive through the area very picturesque and quiet which is what we was looking for. We arrived at the house spotlessly clean, Spacious with everything you could need! Amazing tv (we couldn’t actually believe the size of it!) the garden topped it off completely, a sun trap which we relaxed on the rattan sofa had a dip in the hot tub and chilled till the sun went down. Comfy cosy bed, good nights sleep to wake up with the birds chirping away and another dip in the hot tub before we left and as it being a Sunday Megan suggested we stay an hour later to have a little lay in, Megan is a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will 100% be back xx

Everything was ideal great place to stay

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Andrew’s place is in a fantastic location, we loved exploring the Shoreditch area. We walked to London centre and the bus and tube is so close by and easy also. Great pubs and cafes nearby. Apt was clean and tidy with everything you need.

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

We had such an amazing time at Becky’s place. We felt at home straight away and the sea views were incredible. The interior was so stylish without being soulless, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The location is perfect as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Kirsty place was out of this world. We booked one night last minute with my mother 6yr old daughter and my 5 week newborn. To say the night/early morning feeds were made so much better looking out onto the sunrise across the sea and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. We spent the day on the beach and then got a takeaway fish and chips. Apartment was spotless, bed was so comfy and linen fresh and so Inviting. We will be back this time with my husband as he was sincerely jealous of our morning view as he was at work! Thank you x

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants.
