Le chalet de Joan est idéalement situé face au Loch, un vrai petit paradis en plein milieu des Highlands. Une vue sublime, il est très agréable de déguster son thé en s'émerveiller devant de telles beautés naturelles. Joan est très réactive malgré son emploi, elle vous répond toujours très rapidement, elle est également de très bons conseils. Le chalet contient énormément de livres, j'ai adoré les parcourir, de très beaux exemplaires de Grimm ou Dickens. C'est un gîte chaleureux où il fait bon séjourner, le petit poêle pour faire un feu en rentrant de randonnée est super appréciable, merci beaucoup.

Spending a few days in The Shepherd's Hut was so peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful location, comfortable accommodation, friendly and accessible host, and the hot tub was the cherry on the cake! Would happily stay here again, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a retreat from their hectic life

equipment needed. Plenty of space for all ages.( 84 to 18 month) White goods great for keeping up with washing, drying and washing up. Interesting area to stay if you like Western Scotland. Not for townies! Had a night out at the family ceilidh with friendly locals. Shop had essentials. Need to keep an eye on petrol as nearest at Strontian. Would be interesting to see it in Spring or Summer.

Beautiful spot with view of water. Home was comfortable nicely stocked and very clean. Amy recommended stocking up before arriving and that was an excellent suggestion. Skye is a popular place so some of the driving can take longer than expected. The cabin however, is a quiet little tuck away where we watched the Loons call to one another every night.

Amazing apartment, on stunning grounds, and completely peaceful. The place was clean, modern, had everything we needed and more, will definitely come back but for anyone else travelling on the weekend we did, please note: Every last weekend of April, there is an annual bike race road closure that connects this apartment to everywhere, so unfortunately our plans were disrupted on the Sunday and we couldn’t go north all day and could only leave the apartment from midday. With not being local, we were just not aware that this race was on and wanted to warn others for future. Nonetheless, we did make the most of it and we are really grateful for the hosts on letting us stay.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. They even left us a few tasty little welcoming gifts! the family felt right at home here, the kids especially, with plenty of toys and a well equipt backyard for playing. It had beautiful views of the Loch nearby and a 15 minute walk up to a breathtaking viewpoint. 10/10!

We lived our weekend and it was great to have our pals for the night! We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend and stay again we love that part of the world and we rate a hot tub. Really relaxing time great it was enclosed for our puppy Thank you

Die Unterkunft ist in einem top Zustand! Alles ist sauber und sehr neu, das Bett bequem und die Umgebung ruhig. Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nachts ist es etwas schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden, da sie etwas versteckt ist. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Had a cosey wee getaway here, super comfy bed and robes. Great amenities!
