You will not find a better place to stay in all of Havre. The apartment feels like home as soon as you walk in the door. I really just could not have been any happier with my stay here. Marlys is a wonderful host and the checkin/checkout process is very easy. I mean it when I say this is THE spot to stay when visiting beautiful Havre, MT.

Great stay!

This is the second time I have stayed with Nancy. The house was decked out in easter decor which my 4.5 year old twins loved. It is always very "homie" feeling. She always has coffee and breakfast items available. There are a total of 4 rooms available. Both times I stayed all the rooms were filled. That being said the house was still very quiet and I hardly saw the others who were staying.

Definitely the best place to stay in Havre! The room and bed was super comfortable, and everything looks just like the photos. Nancy was very friendly and accommodating, and we loved all the seasonal decor. There are two beverage stations with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available any time, plus lots of snacks. She even provides bottled water because the tap water there doesn't taste the best. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Family and friends were able to comfortably come together in this generous and well-appointed home and backyard BBQ area. We were reunited from out-of-state, yet easily had everything we needed to cook, grill, bake, and serve our large group. We all felt right-at-home and enjoyed a walk to the lake and stunning sunrise views. Hope we have another chance to relax here!

Comfortable and spacious house in a beautiful location. Lots of wildlife viewing right from the house.

Quiet and comfortable stay. The location is nearby the university, which was convenient for our visit. The fully fenced yard was just right with our dog —no worries. We cooked several nights while at Helen’s and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Staying at Donita's was really comfortable and fun. When you are staying in a small town like Big Sandy, you should expect to get to know your host and who they are as that is part of the experience. Donita gave us good tips and some cool history about Big Sandy. She stocked the downstairs kitchenette with breakfast items and snacks, a really great touch. The bed was really comfortable and the private bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. We felt like she became a good friend after only being there for a few days and we will certainly be back when we visit Big Sandy again.
