We absolutely loved staying at Brenda’s house. It was very spacious, cozy and comfortable. The location is very serene but near enough to shops and restaurants. This is one of those Airbnb’s that feels like home! I wish my house was this nice, this place is far nicer! But this house has a warmth and comfort to it that is special. It’s an ideal place for two families to share. You can make dinner with every single thing you could ever need serve a holiday feast or make your sack lunch for the beach. Beds and baths for everyone. Easy laundry and comfort in every corner. We used the pool, the outdoor dining area, we sat around the fireplace in the backyard, we slept on loungers soaking up sun, and of course we enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub! We loved the location! Amazing tacos and vistas and local color in every direction. We were close to everything too: 20 minutes to Little Italy, 30 minutes to Coronado sunsets, 10 minutes to Old Town! I genuinely hope we get to come back again often! This is the kind of place that makes you think about moving here, because it feels like home that much!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful San Diego home! It has a great view from the front patio and the living room. We loved the grill to BBQ for dinners. We also loved the open space going from the kitchen, the dining area, to the living room. The kids loved the second living room because it had an old school standup arcade with many games to choose from and another TV. They hung out here to draw and play card/board games we brought as well. The pool and spa were super clean and clear. It was very easy to use the hot tub/spa with their app and directions. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen provided us with every cookware and bakeware possible. It is close to the supermarket, with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby for the times we just wanted to pick up food. If we had questions, the hosts were quick to respond. Overall, the house provided everything we needed with the comforts of home and making new memories. Thank you!

We came down to Chula Vista with our Grandkids to take them to SeaWorld and hang out for a few days on their spring break. This home was perfect. There were 7 of us. Plenty of room for everyone. There is a game room that we all loved. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard swimming and going in the spa and there is a wonderful park right across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here. The host always responded very quickly and always helpful.

Place as described and overall a great location and cozy home. Welcomed us with nice snacks and waters which was a thoughtful touch! 1 home off the bay and about 2 blocks from the ocean... basically right in between both. Parking is a challenge at times (small/short car port which only fits compact car) but we managed and it wasn't bad overall and very common for beach type homes. Two of the rooms feel like master, although there's only one bathroom upstairs for three people to share. But there is a bathroom downstairs with the shower for added use. If you require any sort of early check-in make sure to communicate with up front. Definitely worth the price and would suggest to anyone.

A great vacation has some important qualities. For us, safety and feeling secure is number one. A comfortable bed and a great shower come next. Throw in a modern, clean kitchen and you are all set. The parking garage is a real convenience as parking can be tight. Air conditioning puts this apartment above the rest. The building laundry rooms are close and reasonably priced. We have always loved San Diego. It’s a great walking city with every kind of restaurant and cuisine. The scenery is beautiful. Be sure to walk the Embarcadero, hit the beaches, and Balboa Park is a real treasure. They are all free to visit.

Very nice condo with outstanding views of the ocean. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and the location allowed us to walk to restaurants and clubs, as well as to drive to many attractions across the city very easily within 30 minutes. Having the assigned parking spot was especially nice. We would definitely stay at Maria's condo again.

We loved our stay here! The place was well stocked, especially with items for the beach for the kids. We appreciated the clean rooms and clean sheets, as well as quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we are in town.

This was a great location, we loved being right on the beach and the walking path. The apartment was easy to access and had everything we needed, including walkable restaurants and parking. Tina was responsive, and helped us to find everything we needed.

Amazing location! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The beds and couches were comfortable. You can hear the waves crashing because you are so close to the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep to the sound of the waves and going for walks along the water in the mornings. The location was just 15-20 away from every sight we wanted to visit in the San Diego area. We appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a football to borrow. The laundry machines are down the hall, not in the apartment, if that matters to you. We had no trouble using them.

We loved staying here. It is clean, well kept and the view is amazing. We loved that there are lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows too. Great neighborhood with good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. Chris was very responsive. The view is incredible. Hearing the waves is soothing. The place is kids friendly with toys and books that are very fun. The area has lots of food choices. It takes just a few mins to be right on the beach. He has a wagon and beach toys. This was a very hassle free, enjoyable stay with our three little kids. No one wanted to leave.

I booked this place last minute literally after checking into a nearby hotel that was subpar at best and not as advertised. First time in Point Loma. Reason for visit was seeing my kids who live in Cali and Hawaii. So we met halfway as I am from the east coast. The ease of the entire experience is unmatched. The communication with the host was great and the house was amazing. Perfectly appointed. They thought of literally everything. And it was spotless and pristine. This is a unique home and experience. The most comfortable and beautiful and up to date everything is this house. I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t perfect. There are stairs to the lower bedrooms and laundry and pool area. But I’m in shape and they didn’t scare me. The neighbors are super friendly. And the parking lot as adequate. The view is knockout insanely beautiful. The beds are comfy the pillows and linens are just like at home. It’s a quiet neighborhood close to everything. And I can’t think of a negative

This was the perfect place, a roomy and well stocked home for our family! It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of both indoor and outdoor games. We appreciated that all bedrooms were connected to a bathroom. The backyard was another wonderful living space, I only wish we would have had time to utilize the pool! The holiday dog with lights in the entry way was adorable and a fun welcome when we walked in. The owner was proactive in contacting me prior to check in and provided the code and any home instructions to me via text. We would definitely stay in this home again if we are in the area.

This is one the most incredible property that I've ever been to. We had a wonderful stay — the view was breathtaking, and every detail showed real care and thought. Communication was excellent, and the space was both comfortable and welcoming. A definite 5/5 — highly recommended!
