Our subdivision is ideally situated among thousands of acres of public land near the beautiful Au Sable River. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and full of nature. Come and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, trail riding, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, etc. A boat launch for the Au Sable River, an ORV trailhead and DJs Scenic Bar are within a mile of the cabin (in McKinley). Hiking and skiing trails are 10-15 minutes from the cabin.

We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Large deck and gazebo! New heated whirlpool tub in the master bathroom! Two person kayak to explore the lake! Pontoon rental available on the lake!

Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, not a party place. Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

No shooting allowed on property except during deer rifling hunting season.

Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming as well as hikes on the nearby state land! Property has it's own boat launch, fire pit and also 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 kids) for you to use! The Little Bear Cabin on the Hill is nestled in the woods off of M-32. It is surrounded by Lakes, State Land, and Golf Courses. Great location for golfing, hunting, swimming, boating, fishing, ORV Trails, and a getaway from it all...Bring your ATVs, fishing poles, floaties, boats, kayaks, jetski, and the family. Oh and don't forget your pets they can come too! Great for the Summer & Fall seasons!!

Small cabin located at the end of a paved, dead end road in Carp Lake, Mi. 10 min drive from: Dark sky park, Mackinac Island ferries, Mackinaw City Crossings, hiking trails and more. Easy access to snowmobile/biking trails from cabin. There is a shared sauna on the property with two other cabins . The cabins are all secluded with there own lot.
