We loved our stay, it was the absolute perfect get away! Great house with great amenities, and amazing hosts!

We decided to escape the cold and spend a month in Gulfport. This house met all of our needs. We used the bright dining room to do our work (and puzzles). We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the screened-in back porch, soaking up the sunshine and listening to the wind through the bamboo trees. The counter space was limited, but we didn't need anything bigger to make our meals. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the selection of pillows and the large closet. I had brought my throw blankets because I can't watch TV without one, only to find that this house had a nice selection of them already! The gym in the garage was a bonus, though we are YMCA members and there is a nice Y 10 minutes from the house with great classes. The location of the house is super. We joked that everything seemed to be a 10-12 minute drive from the house (and that includes the super long FL lights!) We loved hopping on our bikes and going to the park for pickleball or into town for entertainment. 5-stars!!!

We loved staying at Nga’s place. Sophia who we had to contact with any issues was amazing. We ran into a few problems in the beginning but she was quick to respond and take care of it. The pool was very nice. The canal really behind the house was my husband’s favorite place to relax. A lot of wildlife which he really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were very friendly. I loved the screen in porch with a tv. We definitely would stay again if we came back in this area. I can’t say enough about how great Sophia was. You can’t go wrong renting this place.

The house exceeded our expectations. It felt like home away from home with beautiful upgrades and amenities. It was spotless and extremely comfortable. Located in a safe neighborhood, it was easy to get to the waterfront, walkable to restaurants and entertainment. Thank you for making our start so pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

We stayed at Jimmy’s place for a ballet competition. The proximity to downtown was why I originally booked but the house was even better than I expected. The beds were SO comfortable and the linens were lovely. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and very private. Nobody can see the backyard from surrounding homes. The air conditioning in the house keeps up great with hot days and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, Jimmy was fast to respond with any questions and had the pool serviced/cleaned to ensure it stayed clean and clear for our time there. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the stay. The hot tub and pool table were great and the home was comfortable and clean. Location was good and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very much, and Faye was super responsive and helpful about turning on the jets for us! The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was nice to park in the garage. The houses are close together, but it was peaceful and quiet and we slept well. A/C worked well and we were comfortable throughout our stay. We are frequent travelers and I cannot recommend Faye enough as a host. She was the sweetest, most responsive host I have ever encountered, and we have experienced some wonderful superhosts! The bed in the master is a foam mattress, so I would have been hot while sleeping if not for the wonderful ceiling fan. The satin duvet cover helped me stay cool, as well. There were plenty of pillows provided and extra towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked all of our meals there. We will most definitely return to this location - it's added to our favorites! Mark this one as a favorite now if you're headed to the Tampa area!

I chose this house because it was different from all the other options I saw plus the pool,and available activities. The villa is beautiful, it is unique for the area and we immediately felt comfortable. Beach isnt far but the most fun we had was in the backyard. Yes, there are other ppl there, but we enjoyed chatting occasionally and never had any concerns. thank you again for sharing your home, we really enjoyed!

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

Jeff’s place was the most comfortable and accommodating AirBnB we’ve stayed at to date. The paddle boards, the dock, the bikes, and the hot tub!!! It was a wonderful place to stay with 4 kids!! Jeff and Mimi were great hosts and we appreciated their responsiveness and hospitality! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed out stay very much. We especially loved the piano where we made some really nice memories.

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean and well-maintained. The location is great, with easy access to several beautiful beaches nearby. The pool area was definitely a highlight and made for a relaxing stay. Martin and Anna were really proactive in communication, which made the whole experience smooth.

Rose's property was perfect for our trip to Tampa for a family gathering. We had 12 adults and the mix of bedrooms and bed sizes worked out just right. Thank goodness no bunk beds! The distinct living spaces were also very accommodating for our group. This historic bungalow has been nicely updated with modern conveniences. The neighborhood is very nice, safe, and quiet, and the location is very convenient for in-town travel or excursions to the beach or the interior. Our co-hosts were very responsive to requests/questions before and during our stay.
