Our Greek Revival graces 64 acres of rolling glacial till in rural south central Michigan. Hermitage Hills Estate was built in 1995 as a replica of Andrew Jackson's Hermitage in Nashville. Not far from Hillsdale College for parents' weekend, graduation, and CCA. Even closer to John A. Halter Shooting Sports Center. Our cozy home offers a great location on Clear Lake with only a short walk to the sandy Public Beach, as well as the Public Access where you can put in your water toys! The backyard has ample space for parking in the 3 car driveway, a fire pit, grill, and a small back deck. Across the street is a Clear Lake conservation area with pet friendly walking trails! There is a nearby dog park, and an ice-cream shop down the street.
