We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The place is amazing. The beach area was quiet and relaxing and family friendly. My husband and I were able to relax under the shade of a tree, and enjoy the view and water sound. We really enjoyed our stayed . The location is very peaceful. And a short drive to local restaurants.

This location is AMAZING. Beautiful views, walk down the scenic boardwalk to the beach, there is a small restaurant right there. The beach is huge and beautiful! White sand, no rocks or seaweed. Small waves perfect for boogie boarding even when windy the waves weren’t huge. The complex seems a little bit “old / tired”, could use some renovating, this building was prob the nicest. The actual unit seemed recently redone - very cute! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels and bed linens, they felt cheap. The kitchen has everything you need to cook! There’s an outdoor pool which is very nice in the courtyard of this building and there’s an indoor pool a few buildings over - these plus beach is perfect for kids. We had a great trip and would love to come back and stay here again!

I took my Mom on a trip to Tybee for her 70th Birthday. The Palm Peach was so cute and great for two people. Especially appreciated the pull-out couch for an extra adult bed and the provided beach chairs.

We loved everything about this Treehouse “Siren’s Lookout”. The space, which is small, is efficiently organized, and the decor is attractive and comfortable. All of the appliances are extremely modern and the beds incredibly comfortable. Of course, the views and sunsets are the best. Thankfully we brought our binoculars as the wildlife was such fun to watch as was the activity on the Cay. It was very nice to have an outside gas Firepit. Connie is quickly responsive to any requests, concerns or problems……although we did not have a lot of these. She is very easy to communicate with and does everything possible to make your stay perfect. We hope to return in the very near future. Thank you, Connie!

Great stay and very accommodating for a large bachelor party. Beautiful home and surroundings at a good location. Close to the city and many amenities close by. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly hosts, with local suggestions. Really recommend Tybee Seafood Market 0.6 mi away as well, fantastic service and great, fresh food.

Loved our stay, and spent every evening on the back screened in deck over looking the water. So peaceful at the property, will be recommending this to friends. Location was amazing and so was Tybee. Locals were all friendly, food was amazing & the town really gave that beach bum feel.

We had a wonderful stay as a group of six celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend - split between downtown Savannah and Tybee. As posted, it’s about a 15/20 min ride to either location. Super convenient! - The back deck was perfect for a relaxing morning with coffee or evening beverage while listening to the wind chimes and taking in the beautiful scenery at the lake. - The three main bedrooms were great and spacious; however, the middle room with the pull out trundle bed was a bit tight. The middle room was also warm compared to the others (likely just due to the amount of sunlight in the room - perhaps a change in curtains would be beneficial). * Overall… we had a wonderful long weekend and would absolutely stay again!!! Great communication and ease of check in and out. Thank you so much to the hosts for such a great time with friends/family!!

The place was stunning! The inside of the house was spacious, well decorated and had quite literally everything you could need for a beach vacation - it accommodated 8 guests perfectly. The outside was tucked in a quiet neighborhood right by the beach. It was private, and we woke up to the most gorgeous views. Would absolutely recommend this house - 10/10!

What a wonderful home!!!! Miranda was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Her home is beautiful, close to the beach and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We have small kids, all under 8 and they walked easily to and from the beach, without complaints. The game room was the best spot in the house. All the kids spent hours and hours enjoying that room. Was definitely the highlight of the house for them. Ours was the large pot of coffee shared with friends each morning!!! Breathtaking views. We enjoyed this home very much. We love Tybee!!!!

We had an amazing stay at 5 Meddin Dr.! The house was absolutely perfect—immaculately clean, beautifully simple and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the extra touches like the myers products, and there were tons of towels for both the bathrooms and the pool, which made things super convenient. And for the parents out there the sofa in bedroom 2 is now a twin bed. We put three kids in their own beds and it was a great surprise. The pool was just a short walk away and incredibly easy to access, and the nearby park with soccer fields, baseball field, and a play ground was a great bonus for the kids. The location was ideal—just a quick golf cart drive to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We especially loved grabbing ice cream at Sugar Shack Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-stocked getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved the condo. Very clean. The fountain outside was nice to hear. Our only issue was getting inside when we originally arrived. Our core wasn’t set and the electronic lock didn’t come with any instructions. Once we got the code and figured out the lock we were all set. You will want to touch the lock box on the bottom left before entering the code. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. Kacey was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. I would highly recommend the beach walker for the close proximity to the beaches and restaurants as well as how amazing Kasey is! Definitely will be coming back.

It’s a beautiful place and so close to Coligny. Unit was extremely clean and nice furnishings. 2 1/2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies! We would stay there again for sure.

We spent four nights in Laura’s place for spring break in April and it was ideal. Great location and convenient to everything. Really enjoyed her two bikes as well. Laura communicated very well with us and we would highly recommend her place.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Spacious and comfortable furniture and beds. Had a few questions regarding Palmetto Dunes after staying there and Kevin was very responsive. Large refrigerator and ample counter space for in-stay dining. Excellent location relative to beach, tennis/pickleball courts and golf.
