Has 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower/tub, enclosed screened patio, sunroom, living room with TV and Sofa that converts to a double bed or chaise, dining room, full kitchen, and laundry area. Central heat and air conditioning. We are on the third floor. The stairway is close to the condo and two elevators are also available. No pets. No parties.

Model residents of the Cooperative live in the neighboring houses while my family and I stay a block away. From the porch, you can see the Grenada Street Folk Garden: our community production farm filled with fresh vegetables, fruit trees and blooming flowers for our CSA.
