The house was just as described, beautiful home, very convenient location. Beautiful porches for views. Jandy was a wonderful host. She always responded right away. We really enjoyed our time here, the kids really loved the big pool! Would 100% stay here again.

Tia’s place in Surf City was truly wonderful! My family was so comfortable and felt right at home, and everything was so well stocked that I did not need to even unpack our essentials I had brought just in case. I was incredibly impressed with all of the coffee options and space we had, and even the smallest of details were thought of (flashlights and beach toys made taking my kids to the beach a breeze). Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, helpful signs were thoughtfully placed throughout, and the location was perfectly walkable even with a toddler! Our trip was relaxing and peaceful - we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at Demetria’s home. We so appreciated the amount of space we had to spread out, especially since my husband was doing a writing retreat. Plenty of room for our adult kids to join us, to set up a puzzle, cook and eat in some nights, and everyone having their own space when needed. It was a great jumping off point for everything Wilmington has to offer — shops downtown, Carolina Beach, Cape Fear Museum and Bellamy museum, and of course our favs coffee shops (one within walking distance) and Boba. Also enjoyed the art on the walls and the antique furniture pieces that gave it a cozy feel. I appreciated Demetria’s quick responses with a few questions even though she was traveling in Europe. Would definitely here stay again!

This was a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the GAME ROOM was fantastic we really used the space. The beds were a great sleep. Only complaint I have is in the master it was difficult to get to an outlet beside the bedside stand. Only thing that could be adjusted. The host was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the keyless entry code. Will recommend this stay and has been added to my saved location.

Clean, pretty, easy to find and convenient location. It is listed as entire house, however, there is a unit downstairs which is fine but the backyard and deck is open to both units. That wasn’t a problem but would have been good to know as we both had pets there. Again, no issues and the place is perfect for location, cleanliness and good hosts so no complaints!

This house is perfect for a visit to the laid-back south end of Topsail Island. Very comfortable space and furnishings, perfect for a family or extended family as our group was. Loved the view toward the sound from the back porch (sunsets!) and the covered front porch is super in the morning. Easy walk to the beach. Do be aware that there is another rental unit below—not a big deal to us. Erik was very responsive and friendly. Oh, and the kayaks and the outdoor shower are neat amenities! Thank you Erik.

We loved staying at Lindsay’s place! I was impressed with how clean it was. The vibe was fantastic and cozy and everything we needed was well thought of. Lindsay was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had and was super kind about everything. A minor detail to some, but the coffee maker/Keurig was very clean which I’m always looking out for at rentals. The swings were such a fun part of our stay, our teens absolutely loved them (I found myself have a relaxing swing too). The public beach access is only steps away which was super convenient. Our doggies liked their stay as well, & there were no traces of any other pet hair/pet messes upon our arrival—a plus when staying at pet friendly places. We would absolutely stay again!

Wow! Where do I start…this place is amazing! First off, the pictures on here do not do it justice! I would recommend searching it on google. This b&b is extremely beautiful and right out of a movie! The room and location were perfection. However, what really stood out was the service. You will be greeted by Eppy, who will welcome you and collect any details regarding your arrival! Upon arriving, we met Angie! She is an angel! She makes you feel right at home, so warm and welcoming! The previous review about never being hungry is TRUE!! She makes a killer breakfast!! Not exaggerating whatsoever!! I could honestly keep writing about our incredible experience, fortunately there’s limited characters. If you are looking for a beautiful, magical & wonderful place to stay in Wilmington, do not look any further! You will not find anything that comes close to Angie’s!! Angie & Eppy are so special. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for making our trip so lovely!

Staying at Phoebe’s was amazing! Me and some friends came for a short girls trip and she was so sweet to make us breakfast when we requested and gave us directions and suggestions for beaches, shops, restaurants, and activities! We also came at the perfect time as she invited us to attend a sea turtle release with her which only happens once a year! The space was super cozy and felt like home. If I ever come back to this area of NC I definitely want to stay with her!

If I could give Jeanette 10 stars I would !! My beach house @ Tiki stay was amazing. The house was so quaint, artistic and comfy. Jeanette made me feel right at home. I was welcomed with a delicious cocktail and some cheese and crackers!! The energetic vibe of her home is so welcoming and abundant. Jeanette will leave you a welcome goodie assortment , as well as midnight snacks and a delightful continental breakfast! If you are an avid reader, get ready for an assortment of awesome books to choose from. Do you like art? Get ready to check out her artworks (some pieces are for sale, too!) I am so excited to go back to visit Jeanette, her fur baby, Malina and of course, wonderful Carolina Beach!! I highly recommend this stay.

Joya and her husband were perfect hosts. I have never stayed in a home with the owners present. Every need we had was met! Because we had an 8yo on our trip, she thought ahead and cooked us waffles, bacon, and watermelon! Our bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine and stocked with necessities. They're good people. 10/10.

When I arrived at her home Lynn greeted me at the driveway and proceeded to show me my accomodations. As soon as I entered I knew this was a 5 star home. My accomodations were spacious convenient and immaculate. I enjoy peace and quiet and it was so quiet I could not even find a squeaking door. It is close to Oak Island with a beach and a number of restauramts. It is also close to Southport with more restaurants and a quaint town to walk around. The next time I visit St. James, finding an accomodation will be so easy. It will be Lynn's.

Margaritte’s place is even better than pictured. So charming and comfortable! The location is just a few minutes walk from great restaurants and river walk. Margaritte communicated frequently and even left us a homemade treat. Don’t hesitate on this one!
