On a 5,000 sf lot. You can hear the train from a short distance which is moderate to loud at times. It can be soothing if you don’t mind it.

Looking for a beach break? Located 1.43 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Brand new, immaculate little guest house over our garage. About a 30 minute drive from Palm Beach International Airport. Many delicious restaurants nearby. There ARE stairs to get to apartment, so keep this in mind, before booking. There is One King bed, and two twin beds. The guest house is small, but has everything you need. The host lives on the property, so if you need anything, you can text them, and they will assist.
