車ですぐのところにコンビニやスーパーがあるなど、立地がよく、景色も良かったです。ホストさんもすごく丁寧に対応してくださり、安心感がありました。 室内にはユーカリの草や様々なゲームがあるなど、快適な空間で、過ごしやすかったです。 仲間とスノボ旅行で参加したのですが、大変楽しく過ごせました。

Six friends from Australia, were fortunate to stay at Rumi and Roberto wonderful B & B in the mountain slopes of Bessho onsen in the district of Ueda. 4 days of exploring the area, recommended eateries, onsons, galleries gave us an insight into a unique Japanese lifestyle. Friendly people made us feel welcome and we soon overcame the language differences by a mixture of hand signs and attempts at basic Japanese. The hospitality of Rumi and her recommended places to eat was outstanding. This has been a great start to journey in Japan. It has set the tone for the coming weeks. Thank you Rumi and Roberto.

We had an incredible time at Yuri’s place! The location is perfect not only for those planning to ski in Hakuba but also for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. Yuri was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to help us. Even assisting us in getting our car unstuck from the snow and arranging a new rental. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Cam’s attentiveness and care were truly exceptional—always available to assist, yet never intrusive, ensuring that our experience was seamless and stress-free. Mickey’s place was great and had the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire house had a ground floor, mezzanine and a basement. The kitchen had a lot of amenities that can be used during the stay. The house itself was quite cozy, and given a chance, we’d probably stay here again.

Great stay at MASA's place, felt like home and wish we could spend more time at the place if our travel schedule was not that tight. the house is sparkling clean and spacious. all supplies in house are handpicked like MASA would choose for her own home (i guess). really comfortable with fully furnished and equipped, not so far from family mart and laundry place. highly recommended. will stay again if we visit nagano next time. MASA is very responsive and very helpful with local tips for our travel.

If I could rate Eiro's place with 10 stars I would do so with no hesitation. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable for a family stay. Everything was super clean and there were instructions for everything, which made us feel comfortable. The location is great. Just along the canal, we had a great view of Cherry Blossom from our window. The apartment is full of light. Walking distance to some great restaurants and the train station. It was great when we depart to Tokyo by train. Eiryo is always around, happy to answer any questions. Highly Recommended

Easy and convenient! Great location and easy walk to the main street of Echoland. Huge corridor/hallway perfect for all of our luggage so it didn’t clutter the rooms. Comfortable beds and really good showers. Thanks for hosting us David, it was a great stay!

We had a great stay at Omusubi. Ryuichi, as everyone else mentioned, is such a helpful and kind host who greeted us personally. He gave us great recommendations and is always responsive when we had questions. The place is a walk away from Cortina and a few mins drive from Norikura, so convenient for skiing. The whole unit is clean and spacious, and the heating is great! The only slightly downside is that the soundproofing isn’t so great, so you’d hear sounds from the next room and outside if there is significant noise. Thankfully the area doesn’t seem to be noisy so we weren’t too affected. Overall it is still an excellent option for the Hakuba area!

The host is friendly and helpful. The house is cosy, clean and well equipped. Checkin and checkout is very easy. Recommend for couple and groups 3-4 people.

Very central location, we loved it!

L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel, à deux pas de l'arrêt d'autobus. Pour notre part, nous avons plutôt marché dans le quartier qui était charmant, mais plus calme, un peu éloigné du centre. C'est ce que nous recherchions. Glendy a été très proactive et a répondu rapidement à nos questions. Nous avons même pu la rencontrer et discuter avec elle, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous recommandons l'appartement de Glendy.

An absolutely lovely stay, the place was spectacular & in a nice quiet location, the usage of the free bicycles included in my stay made getting around a breeze & visiting the great Matsumoto castle was a bucket list item, the host was amazing & super responsive/kind & helpful… 10/10 would definitely stay again.

Wow! One of the best staying. The house is very clean and well built. Morino is very proactive and helpful. The house has everything. Washing machine is good for drying clothes well.

I could not recommend Villa Monochrome enough! Yasue was so helpful the whole time of our stay, she picked us up and dropped us off at the bus terminal for arrival and departure and even drove us to get groceries. She was helpful during our stay and really made us feel at home. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped and the location is fantastic for snowsports at Happo One. Will definitely be staying again! Special mention for the Kotatsu (heated) table. That was such a lovely treat after a day on the mountain. 10/10 for Villa Monochrome.

I can’t hype this place up enough. Perfect homey hideaway, right next to sakka slopes!! After a recommendation of rental gear (5 minutes away) we just needed to gear up and cross the road to the ski lifts. Its such a flex to be able to just walk back across the road to a warm and homey villa. We can’t thank Yasue and her partner enough. We will be back!! Would love to hike this area in spring. It was purely magical in winter, and was lucky enough to see some snow monkeys too!! We loved Hakuba. Hopefully we can come when there are less tourists as they can be quite disrespectful. We hope we have made a good impression for you!! Thank you very much and can’t wait to be back!!
