This place was amazing! The house is clean and spacious. Perfect location, away from busy from traffic but only a couple minute walk to the beach and about 10-15 minutes walk along the beautiful beachside into town. The pool was great and we lounged on the deck with the neighboring iguana. WiFi was fine and the place had pretty much everything we needed.

Pepe, l'host è stato eccezionale. Sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa: chiamare un taxi, ordinare una pizza, cercare escursioni da fare... La casa è bellissima. Tutto perfetto. A parte l'isola nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi era invivibile per le zanzare che non permettevano di passeggiare o stare fuori per più di 4 secondi. Inoltre le strade erano allagate e non percorribili a piedi. È un peccato perché l'isola sarebbe bella ma con queste condizioni devi stare o chiuso in casa o dentro l'acqua del mare e quindi non puoi realmente viverla.

This house was brilliant, very clean, great condition, spectacular views, gorgeous rooftop pool with sunset views! The host was really helpful with local tips and communicated easily via Whats App so it was easy to get in touch for anything we needed. Its a about a 25 mins walk into the heart of town but also an easy 5 min taxi ride too which you can easily book thru Whats App also - the host and all the taxi drivers will give you their numbers. I would recommend this house to all my friends without hesitation. Thank you Casa Mar!

Such an amazing stay. The 2 villas were exactly like the listing. Words cannot explain how great this place was. So close to the beach and close enough to town. Sandra was amazing and so was Danielle and José and the crew. They communicated great and fixed all problems we came across. Felt extremely safe and secluded. They handled golf cart rental and golf cart repairs for us. So happy with our whole experience!!

We really liked staying here. It's beautiful inside and the beds are really comfortable. Everything was great but unfortunately, there was construction noise going on a block away all day during the week. We were surprised at the size and amount of mud and puddles in the area, but once we found a good route in to downtown and to the beach, we got over it pretty quickly. We would go back again!

We were a group of 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Casa Sou. The bungalows are easy to find and close to the downtown area of Holbox, making for easy access to the beach and restaurants. Flor, the property manager, lives onsite and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The bungalows themselves are comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the outdoor soaker pools (perfect for cooling off on a hot day!). There isn’t a common area so additional outdoor seating would have been appreciated by our group. Also, the property is located on a busier street, with lots of passing ATVs and delivery trucks, so expect some noise at night (would recommend ear plugs for lighter sleepers!). We didn’t have running water one morning but Flor was able to quickly resolve this for us. No filtered water onsite so make sure to bring along your own! Overall, we loved this property and would highly recommend to others :)

Súper bien cuidados estaban al pendiente de nosotros y muy amigables y atentos súper el lugar si volveríamos a quedarnos !!!

Todo muy bien con el hogar y la atención por parte de Mónica, solo que había muchos moscos y eso hacía insoportable salir a la alberca y cada que pedíamos un taxi teníamos que salir corriendo por que por enfrente y de lado había mucha hierba que atraía a los moscos de forma exagerada.

This place is amazing location is close enough to be within walking distance but far enough to sleep peacefully at night! It’s spacious and described perfectly, has hot water and wifi.. the pictures look simple but once you set up the hammocks it’s an actual little paradise. The only suggestion I have is wearing waterproof sandals because the house sits on a street that had a huge water hole. But that is not the houses fault! Loved everything! When I come back I will definitely be staying here again!! Amazing value on a little hidden gem!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit gepflegter Anlage. Alles war sehr sauber, unsere Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, es waren einige gute Restaurants direkt in der Nähe, ins Zentrum für mehr Trubel muss man einen 20min. Fußmarsch einplanen oder sich Fahrräder leihen, die man ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe findet. Der Weg zum Strand ist wirklich sehr kurz. Wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen der es gerne etwas ruhiger mag.

Absolutely perfect. The house is great, big spacious rooms with comfie beds. The property is amazing with perfect white sand stretching from the door all the way to the ocean. The location couldn't be better with cute little beach bars and restaurants in both directions and being only a few blocks from the town center. Holbox is quite lively and you can hear music and festivities through the night, but close the doors and the rooms remain peaceful and quiet. The racoons and coatis might also pay you a visit if you stay up late enough. They're totally harmless! Just don't leave any food or trash out.

PARADISE ON EARTH! The house is amazing, perfect for 2 couples (spacious bedrooms with two full equipped bathrooms), best sunset ever on Holbox, wonderful view of the sea, concierge very proactive and nice. Also, very close by walk to bioluminescence area and to one of the most beautiful beach of Holbox (punta cocos)! I would just recommend to improve the lightning of the main bathroom, but if I ever come back to Holbox, I will defineltly come back agan at CASA MAR! Thank you for everything!

Una pequeña casa con todo lo necesario. La cama es cómoda, limpia y fresca. La pequeña cocina esta bien equipada, nos faltaron algunos básicos de cocina pero lo solucionaron fácilmente. Esta cerca del mercado de Holbox, pero algo retirado del ruido de la plaza principal. Siempre estan atentos a cualquier necesidad.

We had a great stay at here. It’s a little bit outside of el centro which is nice but it can be a chore to get downtown if that’s that you’re looking for. The taxi service is super easy to contact so that won’t be a problem.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and everything the island has to offer. The beach view was absolutely stunning, and the home itself was spacious and comfortable, ideal for a large family. Alan was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Bella was very communicative and helped us find a local fish market. The bedroom air conditioning was great and there was plenty of room for a 4-person family. The place is very close to the central plaza, the beach and many restaurants and hotels, but we liked being a few blocks away and having “real” neighbors.

An Unforgettable Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house hosted by Sonia and Rene, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sonia, Rene and their exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The property itself is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every room was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rene and Sonia for being such wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay truly special. They were always available to provide suggestions and recommendations for our trip. And a special thank you to our Chef Rangel by far best chef I’ve had in all my trips.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Lou. While the location was a bit far from the beaches, the neighbors were noisy late into the night, and sometimes trash burning was kind of toxic air quality, the home is wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. The pool is especially nice with jacuzzi jets and very clean. Karina was an absolutely wonderful host who helped us with all our food and entertainment requests. She introduced us to a great taxi driver who was very responsive and safe. It was a great immersion into the culture of Holbox.

The location of this house can’t be beat. It is on the nicest stretch of beach. It’s about a 15 min walk to the Main Street of town but there is a good restaurant right next door and lots of close options to eat and drink. The inside of the house is rustic and the decor is interesting. But everything worked and we spent all of our time outside on the main floor patio. Also when we were there some men came and erected a beach palapa as part of the rental so hopefully that stays up for future guests as it was great to have. If you are a wing foiler this place is ideal. You can launch from the beach in front and store your stuff on the second floor. It was perfect.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Es ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren, sodass es immer angenehm war. Besonders gefallen haben uns der kleine Pool und die schöne Terrasse – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber Kevin war super hilfsbereit, hat uns bei der Buchung von Touren unterstützt und tolle Restauranttipps gegeben. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation durchweg hervorragend. Der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke, aber wir würden empfehlen, etwa 10 Minuten zum Café del Mar zu laufen – dort gibt es Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, aber wer eine größere Auswahl möchte, ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi in der Stadt. Ein kleiner Hinweis für Familien mit Kindern: Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich oben, eines unten – verbunden über eine Außentreppe. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen können!
