Enjoy our newly renovated 200 year old cottage in the desirable village of IDE on the outskirts of Exeter with easy access to Exeter city and Quay . Dartmoor , Exmouth ,Shaldon within easy reach . Enjoy a taste of village life with a community shop and 3 pubs with in walking distance there is also a large Sainsbury’s nearby with EV charging. Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .

Relax and have a peaceful retreat, where time stands still. The forest track starts less than 5 minutes walk from your front door, with miles of dog walking or the popular mountain bikes and segway (both of which can be rented) at Haldon Forest. The capsule has everything you need and more.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Set in 50 acres of rural tranquility, this peaceful well-appointed cottage offers a welcoming and comfortable base from which to explore the breath-taking beauty of Devon’s countryside and coasts. Nestled on the edge of Swanaford Vineyard, the cottage offers magical views of the vines and the wooded valley beyond, plus access to wild swimming and fishing on the River Teign which borders the estate. Third detached bedroom available by request.

Private and cosy, with garden view

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Ideal for country and city break

A large, comfortable room with country views, 10 minutes from Exeter city centre. Dartmoor and the south coast are within a 30 minute drive. Entered via its own front door and a spiral staircase, the room boasts a shower, super king size bed and free parking. There are tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and fridge. This is an equestrian property and there are horses and large dogs around. For this reason we consider it unsuitable for small children.
