Welcome to our duplex on Holden Beach, NC! Ideal for friends or small families, this colorful home is centrally located on the island — midway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore the waterways, or enjoy quality family time, this is the perfect base for your vacation. The public beach access is just minutes away! It was recently rebuilt to be handicap accessible with no steps — making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf.

Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.

A Beach Getaway at Holden

This is just what you are looking for. An affordable place to relax. Holden is a quiet, friendly, family oriented beach. Our home is located on the third row with no one in front of you. From the new back porch, we are steps to the beach. We are a short walk or bike ride to a public park, restaurants & ice cream. ATTENTION RENTERS! The public beach access closest to us is closed. You will have to use the beach access to the left, about 200 steps. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

A Southern Exposure: Beach Front and Lovin' it!

The front porch says it all! Sweeping views of one of NC's best beaches, with all the amenities of home and more. It's a kick your shoes off at the front door and pick them up 7 days later kind of cottage. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you can bring the whole family, or group of friends and have plenty of room to socialize and retreat. Linens are included, and the beds are made! Just bring your sunscreen and towel and a laid back attitude to enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Dixie's Cottage- Apartment on the ICW Water Access

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. This is our home and we hope you enjoy Dixie's Cottage !!!

Come have a "Mai Tai Good Time" with the whole family at this cozy beach cottage just a 5min drive from Holden Beach! The large fenced backyard is very private, has outdoor seating, and is perfect for kids and pets! Plenty of beds to bring friends or for multiple families, HUGE outdoor shower, and a fire pit. We keep the wood stocked for you! We have bikes, beach chairs, lawn games, and kayaks to use during your stay. Even enough space to park your boat for joy riding or fishing!!

Enjoy relaxing on the spacious front or back decks while enjoying the ocean breeze or a view of the boats floating by on the Intercoastal Waterway. Partial ocean view from the front deck. Holden Beach is a Sea Turtle Sanctuary and is ranked one of the best Family Beaches in the US.

The Bridge of Coral Oak

This house is anything but tiny! Located in a wooded area 6 miles from Sunset and Ocean Isle Beach, Coral Oak is perfect for those who love to visit the beach but don’t want to stay in the crazy traffic. This house is located right in the middle of Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy all the seafood Calabash has to offer and even WALK to the Silver Coast Winery. This house has some special details so make sure to take the time to check it all out!

MILE TO THE ISLE 1.8 miles to Holden Beach bridge

Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.
