Second time staying at the courtyard and I'm sure we will be booking it again for the third time. Perfect location. Immaculate cottage. Spotlessly clean. Wouldn't book anywhere else in York.

Poppys Place was an ideal find for our overnight stay, seemed a shame we didn’t book 2 nights. Clean, tidy, peaceful and such a comfortable bed! We come to York a few time a year and would stay here again. Thank you we had a lovely stay x

We had a 3 night stay at the Garden Flat. We were made very welcome and the accomodation had everything we needed. We were blessed with good weather so could make the best of the beautiful area and especially the peaceful, pretty garden. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely weekend stay at the apartment. It was lovely and clean, homely, had everything we needed! It was also close by to the station and city centre which was perfect! The host was very reliable, and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you ☺️

The flat was beautiful. Clean, quiet, warm, comfortable, private, well-equipped and within short walking distance of so many of the highlights of Harrogate. Joost responded quickly to any questions that I had and I genuinely loved the place. If ever again in Harrogate, I'd look to see if the flat was available! I'd highly recommend staying there.

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and lovely and responsive hosts. The house was perfect for us, and we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. A lovely house set within a peaceful courtyard. Petra was very quick to respond to our messages and everything was just as described. The yellow tulips on the table were a lovely touch to compliment our trip to the Flower Show. Thank you! 💐

The house it’s self it’s unreal. I was in Leeds for my birthday so me and the lads loved the pool table in the dining area it was a perfect setup for us. Check in and check out as easy as can be. Would 100% recommend!

This is a lovely, homely Airbnb with a beautiful sunny courtyard garden. The walk into town is about 15-30 minutes ( depending on which part) along riverside walk. We also walked to York racecourse for Parkrun. Quiet location with on street parking.

Place was more spacious than expected, with a great kitchen and very spacious living room. Overall very happy with the stay!

Great location for a walk around York, literally everything is a 10-15min walk from the accommodation. the house was quiet, very clean and modern and overall very comfortable for a family of 4. with tvs in each room the kids were super happy! Sarah was responsive and helpful even when i couldn't find the lockbox code for the keys at checkout, a quick message and she replied in no time. i loved the heated garden bar area, cute and private place to have a drink after a long day in the city. The kitchen had everything you needed to feel at home and cook, but the nespresso machine was amazing and the welcome hamper was packed with goodies! We loved all the snacks. Multiple towels, shampoo and shower gel provided, so helpful for our trip. the home was warm too, and beds comfortable with enough storage space for clothes in each room. honesty such a great place and perfect location within the walls. thank you!

Me and my family had a great stay here, nice peacefull area just outside city centre. House was perfect for our needs, and was exactly as shown in the photographs. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to host a family or group of friends in Leeds!

Our stay at Louise's place was short due to the circumstances of our stay (funeral) but we found it very welcoming with comfortable beds - thank you for our stay

Had a great stay here, Jonathan was super responsive and friendly. The flat was easy to find and in a great location, we parked the car and walked everywhere! The flat was spotless and we felt right at home 😊

Well furnished and spotlessly clean apartment, within about 15 minutes walking distance of York Station and city centre. The walk into the city, along the river is very pretty. The road was quiet at night and there is a corner shop nearby. Hope to return.

Sophie's flat is perfect, just beautiful 👌 Really peaceful location with an easy and lovely walk into the centre of Ripon. Ripon itself is fantastic, much more to do and see than we expected. An all-round wonderful holiday!

John was so helpful our entire stay. Very friendly, happy to share some places to eat and walk. I am 7 months pregnant and asked of we could use their air con (even though it wasn't summer) and he promptly got it out and set up for us - made me so much more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.

Firstly Masham is such a beautiful market town, it’s like you have stepped right back in time to C18th, save that there’s a chippy round the corner and some great bakeries and cafes. Jack and Abigail’s wee studio is perfect if like me you want a couple of days of absolute peace. It was spotless, private, safe and had everything I needed. Thank you for a lovely stay. Sue

We had a fantastic visit and Eleanor went above and beyond for us! The location was ideal and so peaceful.
