This is the perfect home to getaway and relax. It's spacious with quiet surroundings and the pool is amazing. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the evenings. We will definitely book again.

The home was in a great location, not too far from restaurants, marina and etc and it was a very quiet neighborhood. Sarah was very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed staying at Jessica's place. Jessica is a very responsive and gracious host. The kid's room was definitely a highlight! They had lots of fun, were very comfortable in their beds and appreciate having a locker for them to put their things in. The house is very spacious and the amenities were great for a family with little kids like ours. The neighborhood is very quiet and everything we needed was at a walkable distance. The only suggestion we have is that the furniture in the living room might need to be updated, but is not that urgent. We will definitely return!

Wonderful house with tons of amenities. Great for our large group. Kitchen was stocked well and there was a large assortment of games. Beach towels and sand toys as well. The host was super responsive. Golf cart was wonderful for exploring the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Joel and his team were very gracious hosts. They were proactive in the best ways and always available to come to the rescue if we needed anything. My family felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We’d happily stay again.

This place was awesome , if I could give more than 5 stars I would. So many amenities, Rita even supplied breakfast! Very close to port aransas, very reasonably priced . Great back yard. Beautiful home. The absolute best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely be renting again. Rita is a super host!

We enjoyed our stay, it was a nice cottage in a peaceful area

The house was perfect for our work crew, there were 6 of us and we all fit comfortably. The garage was big enough to fit our trailer and all 5 trucks inside. I could see how this would be a great location for fishing as well, it was 30 minutes from Port A as well as Chorpus.

Although we didn’t actually end up staying in this place, rather another unit because of unforeseen damage to this house prior to our arrival, Linda gave us a beautiful alternative and exactly what we needed. Was so close to everything, great fenced in back yard for our tiny pups! Loved the outdoor spaces too! We will Definitely be back next year but will stay much longer! Linda was great to work with and always responsive to our needs (ie, smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night!).

We had a wonderful stay! The place was peaceful, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was fantastic—very responsive and quick to address any questions or issues we had. Our family is already looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend it!

A quaint little village just blocks from the ocean!

Well worth it!

We really appreciated the communication and opportunity for an early check-in, without even asking for one. Easy to follow instructions before and upon arrival, made for quick access to the property to begin enjoying the impressive dock and outdoor space on the beautiful bay. The space was perfect for our group of 6 (age range from 17-85). There was plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside, cozy beds complete with extra bedding in the closet, a well stocked kitchen (and outdoor grills) to prepare and serve meals. The privacy of the downstairs bed/bath/game room was the highlight for our late teen/early 20 year olds; they liked that they had their own "apartment." (Note for parents with younger children: this space is only accessed from outside on the ground floor). The neighborhood felt safe, was quiet (during Spring Break). No luck fishing, but we enjoyed watching the birds, ducks, dolphins, and sunsets. Easy 45 min. drive/ferry to Port Aransas beaches. We'd rent again!

Perfect for our weekend stay! The house is very clean and had everything we needed. Location is just a couple blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and other businesses. Would stay here again!

5 Stars - A Perfect Easter Getaway! We had the most incredible stay at Karina’s Airbnb in Rockport over the Easter weekend! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Karina was a fantastic host—super responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—peaceful and close to everything Rockport has to offer. We loved spending time on the patio, enjoying the coastal breeze and watching the sunset, and the comfy beds made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. This was truly a magical getaway and we couldn’t have asked for a better host or space. We’ll absolutely be coming back—and recommending it to all our friends and family! -Tommy

This place was a great getaway with my wife, it was very peaceful and very close to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time staying here and the Jacuzzi felt amazing. We plan to stay here again on our next vacation.

Perfect place right on the beach. Had everything we needed and very clean (my #1 priority). We had out of town family who wanted to see a beach - they were thrilled and so were we! Highly recommend!
