Right in the heart of Thetford. A very modern apartment with a great extra touch in the style of decor and facilities (loved the electronic black out blinds in the bedroom). It was very clean, and had some lovely extras of milk, bottled water in the fridge and biscuits. The river walks, parks and museums were nice. With lots of small shops, pubs and places to eat within easy walking distance. Janet was a great host and communication was brilliant. Will be back I’m sure!

From making our booking communication was excellent and Fran was very responsive. Clean instructions on how to check in and park were given which made check in stress free. On arrival we found ample parking for two cars and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. It contained everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The location - even though on a quiet residential road is the perfect place as a base. The beach is a five minute walk as it the town centre. Great pubs and restaurants and so much to do. A great location for visiting the many local beaches and attractions that are within an hours drive. I would love to stay again and am already making plans.

Absolutely would recommend this place. Extras in welcome package meant I did not have to shop immediately. Large shops nearby. Within walking distance to town centre. Beautiful scenery just outside flat. Always replied promptly to messages.

we arrived early into Cromer and Matthews couldn't have been better! got the place ready to go for when we arrived. the terns tales apartment was home away from home, spotless and always had a cozy warm feeling! The area couldnt have been better, right near the station and right near the seafront. Matthew gave us some great recommendations that we took on board and made our stay even better! 10/10 can't wait to visit again

We had a great stay. The road was really quiet but incredibly close to the sea front. Parking was easy for us on the street and in the space behind the flat. The tea and coffee in the cupboard was appreciated.

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Breeze apartment is beautifully furnished, bright and comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and especially enjoyed the luxurious bath tub. The property was equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable break. The location was central and ideal for the shops, beach and pier. We would definitely recommend Joanna’s place for a holiday and would love to return in the future.

Smooth booking and then leading to our stay clear instructions for checkin shared. The cottage was exactly like the pictures, very cosy and plenty of amenities to get us settled like being at home. The playing fields across the way were perfect for the kids to enjoy. Location of the cottage was ideal for visiting Wells and Sandringham. Lovely touch too with the homemade cake on arrival.

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

Mark’s place was perfect for our family of 12 mini getaway, it has plenty of space for cooking, chilling and enjoying evening meals together!

Had a fantastic long weekend at the house. We were 4 young families and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy time both together and seperately if needed. James & Mary were the perfect hosts, providing us everything we needed and more. The house is absolutely stunning and has everything you could need for your stay. Fantastic all round :)

Our first Air BnB, and we had great hosts. The communication was excellent and personalised, before during and after our trip. The house itself was superbly done out, fresh clean and modern. We were initially concerned that we were a little further out of Sheringham than we initially wanted, however we were very wrong. It was only an 8 minute walk to the front. The shop over the road was very handy with great service. All in all it was a great trip with a property that felt like home from home.

An amazing stay for my family and dog! Lots to see and enjoy nearby, but the house was great to relax in as well.

We couldn't have asked for more from our stay - there was everything you could need and much more for guests of all ages. There was plenty of room in the house for us as a group of 8 adults, 3 young children and a dog, and a lovely spacious garden and play area outside. Communication was excellent and we were given thorough instructions, information, local recommendations and much more ahead of our visit which meant we could plan so much better. Can't praise this place enough, and the incredible hosts who went above and beyond! After they found out we were there for a birthday we arrived to find banners, cake and prosecco which was such a touching and appreciated touch. Everyone was so impressed with the place and if we were to stay in Hunstanton again we could never find anywhere better than this!

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

A lovely stay with my young granddaughter. We were comfortable and warm and the flat was spotless. Portable hob which was kept in a cupboard which we used. Microwave and air fryer which I had never used before ( I knew this before we came) but had fun working it out and we enjoyed our meals. I am not a modern day gadget cook ! 😅. Well stocked. Pleasant view, wonderful sunset, lovely walk along the prom. Only niggle was Venetian blinds in bedrooms letting in bright morning April sunshine early. So bring a mask if this might bother you. Overall, a pleasant stay. Thank you Angie.🙂.

Lovely cottage style apartment right on the outskirts of Dereham Town centre. very well appointed, with everything you could want! We stayed as the daughter had a swimming competition in the nearby leisure centre, so will hopefully get the opportunity to stay again. Check in was easy and flexible, and the host was friendly, even supplying some milk in the fridge and a biscuit treat! definitely 5 stars!

A last minute bookng but a gem of a find. The appartment is tucked just behind the main shopping and eating area and just a few steps from the harbour- couldn't be better. Kate was super helpful and friendly when we arrived and easy to communicate with if we had questions. Welcome milk , tea and biscuits was a lovely addition. The place was beautifully decorated and struck a good balance between personal/ homely space and a rental. Love the library space! There are limited cooking facilities which we knew and was not a problem at all as there are too many nice places to eat out! Would definitely reccomend and would book again .

The apartment was spotless, comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Glenn was excellent, the location was fantastic and it was very peaceful. Full marks all round and the cocktails in the Dukes Head are highly recommended. Thank you for a splendid stay! Carol and Steve

This was a lovely place to stay, comfy bed, very clean and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you'd need. Excellent location too, nice and quiet but close to shops and the sea.

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area
