It is perfect for people coming to visit the area for a short break or for professional people working away from home. We have recently re carpeted the entire ground floor and the kitchen has new flooring so there is no longer a crack in the kitchen floor tiles as per some reviews. The house is modern and is in a quiet residential area. This house has a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY. No using the garden area after 10pm.
