Note: the house is not child-proofed for crawling infants or roaming toddlers and therefore not recommended.

Everyone has called this place a "tree house" because of the birds eye view of the hills in the heights of the tree tops and if you keep the doors open you get a great breeze. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the backside of Universal Studios Theme park. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a steam shower bath on ground level. Take a hot tub or steam and cool off on the deck.

Private, tasteful space in Beachwood Canyon on a road bordering Griffith Park. Quiet, rustic setting, great for walks and hikes (not far from park and trails access) yet, only 10 minutes from nightlife & attractions of Hollywood. Comfortable queen-size bed with good linens, basic kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, flat screen TV and a small private deck combine to offer a convenient studio for most needs.
