Wirklich ein tolles Apartment, indem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und es ist wirklich nur ein kurzer Weg über die Straße bis zum Strand. Debra war sehr hilfsbereit bei dem Checkout. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

John was fantastic! So friendly and helpful! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable! He had the a/c going when I arrived which I really appreciated! Super quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Would definitely stay again when I’m in town visiting my daughter and granddaughter!

Everything you read in the description is spot on. Honestly it was even BETTER than the description. Super clean and easy to communicate. The water park (usually $30 per per son day but INCLUDED in your stay) was a blast and the on site restaurant was terrific. The beach was literally a 6 minute walk. They also supplied everything you need for the beach. The room itself was great in that you had everything you would need for the week. Other bonus was the washer/dryer in the room. We give this host a space a 10/10!!! Highly recommend and would go again and again.

We booked last minute and so glad we did. Walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Rey nice having the beach chairs and umbrella. Will def stay again

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

We loved our stay at Tom’s place. He was an awesome host and extremely helpful. Perfect place to come back to. It is two flights of stairs if you are staying on top , which was fine for us.

Everything was exactly as described. Check in was easy and this place was squeaky clean. Perfect location and easily walkable to more than a few restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Next time it will be longer than a night.

We love Dunedin and this location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking town square. Perfect spot - restaurants, bars and shops walkable. Our hosts were great and quickly addressed an air conditioning issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Just moved to the area and didn't know a lot about it...so this was the perfect spot to get settled!

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

Diane's condo was by far one of the best (if not the best) AirBNBs I have stayed at. It looked exactly like the listing and everything in it was as described. The space was cozy and spacious enough for me and my pets. I appreciated the amenities that were included such as the Keurig and the SmartTV, as well as the up to date appliances. Whenever I had a question or something came up, Diana was very good at getting back to me or getting directly in touch with. Parking wasn't an issue and there is a Publix very close by, as well as a variety of restaurants, some in walking distance. My only regret is not having booked a longer stay!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The stay was fantastic everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was nice. I would definitely return to this spot for future trips. Highly recommend!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Cottage decor fit right in for the area. Ideal location - close to the Beaches, St. Petersburg and great restaurants. Her guidebook was very helpful and spot on. If we are in the area again, would definitely stay there.

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

Chris’s place was amazing! Very cozy and had all necessary items for a stay. Parking very accessible and bed is super comfortable. Chris was also very communicative and responsive. 10/10.
