It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. Things to know: We live on property in the main house You cannot fully stand up in the bedroom loft, it’s 5ft high The house is close to a road, it's fully insulated with double windows but you might hear cars and road sounds. We enjoy wonderful ocean views, and cool mountain mornings (a nice escape for hot and sunny downtown Kona (15 to 20 minutes away). We have trees everywhere and our place borders the state forest. Our house is a perfect place to make your base-camp and then head out each day for your adventures.
