It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. A cozy spot for adventurers to crash. This mother-in-law style apartment is below our home just 3 miles from downtown Homer. We have kids, cats, dogs, chickens, bunnies, and two horses, it’s nothing short of an actual zoo/circus around here. While your unit is private, there will be any of the above mentioned running around in the yard at any given time. We can’t promise you won’t hear occasional footsteps but we will promise to “whisper yell” at our kids to not run in the house :)
