We loved our stay here. The house was great, large enough for our family to spread out, easy walk to the beach and provided beach chairs & toys which were very helpful. Had all the accommodations that we needed including highchair and toys for the grandkids. Each room had an air conditioning unit except for the master bath and office area off of the master bath. The weather was unusually hot and humid for this time of year, so we were glad to have it. Kitchen was well equipped and had almost everything we needed to cook several meals. Also, enjoyed the local restaurants. Definitely need to make reservations a month ahead of time if you want prime dinner time. Enjoyed the welcome box of chocolate macadamia nuts too. Great local recommendations and very pleasant host.

We had a truly wonderful stay! This home was the perfect home base for our trip. The kitchen was fantastic and well-stocked, which was ideal since we cooked most of our meals. We loved spending time on the balcony, where we were treated to stunning views of waterfalls and rainbows—truly magical. The layout of the home was perfect for two couples, with two primary bedrooms on separate levels, each with its own en suite bathroom. It gave everyone plenty of privacy and made the space feel especially comfortable and well thought out. The home itself has a clean, calming, almost zen vibe, and it’s beautifully decorated. We also really appreciated the hosts’ generosity with local recommendations, which helped us make the most of our time in the area. Highly recommend—would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of sunrise. Spacious, well stocked condo. Appreciated welcome goody basket filled with Hawaiian treats. Make sure to read instructions on how to open door. The downstairs living area does not have AC. We were there in early January and it was bearable but I think we would have been too hot in summer. The bedrooms were very comfortable with portable AC units. Management had very good and clear communication. We were worried about the nearby construction but we only heard them one morning around 8 as we were getting ready to leave for the day so it never bothered us but if you want to sleep in on weekdays, it might bother you. There is a public trail out back but the lanai is higher so you only see the people when you are sitting outside. Lots of people hike by at sunrise and sunset to see the view you get from the lanai in your PJs! Overall great convenient location and would definitely stay again!

Sarah and her co-host Dana are incredible people and great communicators who provide a great space to be able to explore Kauai. I highly recommend Sarah’s place. It is comfortable, clean and has all the amenities you need for a great stay. Just don’t reserve it when I want to stay there, lol! 😉🌺🦋

The condo was great. Exactly as described! Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids fit well!! Everybody was very comfortable! Had all the extras such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkeling gear and boards/floats for the kids to play on!! Kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to make a meal! Excellent ocean view! Very close to everything on Waikiki! Parking was great! Host was very responsive, never waited more than 5 minutes. Would definitely rent from Jerry again. :)

This is an absolutely wonderful property. The condo is spacious, clean, and really well stocked (particularly the kitchen). It also has a very private feel which we loved. Layout is great as well. The complex is great with a very nice pool and BBQs. One of the better places we’ve stayed!

This is an awesome place! The private cottage on Bruce's Pineapple farm made our vacation stay extra special in so many ways. It was a real treat to be away from the condo crowds and yet still able to easily get around to various beaches, shops, and restaurants. The local beaches are stunning, and a real treat to enjoy being so close to the farm. Bruce is super attentive with communication and offered many useful tips on places to go, how to get there, and things not to miss. This was one of the most important things for us, and his pineapple farm tour was also a special treat. We all know how many hours it takes to research the right place to stay, so if you are contemplating his place, look no further! I am already planning when we can return to spend more time here. Beautiful location close to everything! Beds were very comfortable and shower was nice. Spacious and great views. Would love to go back and stay again!

We had a wonderful experience while staying at this property. Cash was quick to respond to questions, and offered many useful suggestions of places to go or eat. It was a quiet environment, with outstanding views of the western sky, and beautiful sunsets over the ocean. The space offered any amenity needed and was as described. Thank you to a wonderful host.

Great location. It’s only 5 minutes walking to the closest beach. And in the other direction, plenty of shopping and eats to be had, there is a shaved ice shop at the base of the building. AC and ceiling fans worked great as well.

I lived here temporarily for about 7 months and really enjoyed the life outside of Waikiki, while also being very close to everything. Kapahulu is wonderful and Kaimuki is also one of my favorite spots on O’ahu. The house had everything I needed to live a “normal” life, IE laundry, kitchen supplies, amenities, etc.

It was near a lot of things , convenient walkable to the beach Nice balcony view of the mountains and the ocean Liked the fact that extra things were provided such as beach chairs etc No complaints

This was the perfect place for our family to spend our Hawaiian vacation. The secluded community that this complex was in was very safe and very quiet. Enjoyed that we were able to roam around the entire community without fear of dealing with homeless encampments like the rest of the island. The condo was perfect for a family of five with very nice amenities. If I was to ask for one thing, it would be more supplies as there was not enough shampoo or toilet paper to suffice a family of five for 10 days.

The purpose for our visit was to see our son who is attending a school on the island. While searching for lodging, Jayne's condo caught our attention due to the fact we could also rent her Jeep. The pictures of the condo were also very attractive and seemed to fit our needs. Upon arrival and throughout our stay we were so very pleased with these accommodations. Jayne and her condo exceeded our expectations! Will most definitely book Jayne's condo again if we are so blessed to visit Kauai in the future, the most beautiful place I have ever traveled to.

This place was lovely! Very cozy! Very short walk to the beach.. beach chairs.. lovely view! Close to all restaurants and shops. And Luisa responded vey quickly to everything.. thank you again!

The condo itself, the pool, and the beach outside the condo are wonderful. Spectacular sunsets and a pristine beach. The condo is very nice with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The only downside is the large homeless population in the area. Very sad. We drove each day to other parts of the island and then returned in the afternoon to walk the beach and lay by the pool. Charmaine is a wonderful host.

We had a great time here! We loved the location next to the Grand Hyatt and all that they have to offer. You can walk to shipwreck beach 5-10 min. Geralyn was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. it was hard for us to find a place last minute that would accommodate 7 guests. this place worked out great it's just the right amount of beds. if you are looking to stay in Poipu/Koloa this is a great option. We loved all the beach gear available for use in the garage. Very convenient. Hope to be back again sometime in the future.

Christopher was responsive and even sent some recommendations about sightseeing. Messages were very details for the checkin The place, linen and surroundings were clean & as described. The pool is a plus when it’s a bit cloudy :) will be back for sure

We enjoyed 1 week at Tamara's and would return again. The view is exactly as pictured and perfect. It was stocked with all the essentials, plus extras like DVDs, puzzles, games. Each bedroom has a smart TV, plus one in the living room. The unit shows some signs of aging, but it is well-cleaned and feels comfortable like home. The property is quiet, private, well-maintained. The reception desk is friendly. There are 2 water refill stations at the clubhouse. We had a storm and lost power/internet several times. It was not an issue for us, and seemed somewhat common for the island. Also, cell service was very weak here. I had some confusion about the exact layout, but Tamara helped to clarify. Upper level (stairs to the entrance): living/dining/kitchen, 1 shared bath, 1 ensuite master bed. Lower level: master bed, bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 shared bath, and studio room with a kitchen, pulldown bed, ensuite bath. All bathrooms had showers. Total of 4 lanai’s.
