民宿很美，Yuki還很貼心準備水果麵包給我們。很適合多人一同旅行（這次我們是11人）。很美好的時光。

Rumi was an awesome host and her place is so well equipped and relaxing. We went in early Spring when it was still very cold and the place was warm and cosy, the living room gets so much sunlight, feels spacious and inviting. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen a few nights and also went to some nearby restaurants. There’s an awesome sourdough pizza place called Fermenco about a 30 min walk away that we loved. And if you come in summer there are so many beaches around but you’ll need a car to get around. Can’t recommend Rumi’s house high enough!

The house was as advertised. We are pleased with our stay and thank you for hosting.

バーベキュー設備が整った素敵な民泊に宿泊しました！ 広々としたスペースで、必要な道具もすべて揃っていて手ぶらで楽しめました。オーナーさんも親切で、チェックインから滞在中まで安心して過ごせました。友人や家族との集まりにぴったりの場所だと思います。またぜひ利用したいです！

Very friendly host! Super responsive and gave local recommendations. The stay is also quite good - the living room is really cute. Only issue was the bathroom door downstairs is a little broken because the door knob wasn’t functioning and you could lock ourselves out. But Mickey was super helpful and we got it resolved.

Loved staying here! Short walk to the stations, there is a 7-11 nearby, and it is a quiet area. The hosts were so responsive, nice, and helpful! We really appreciated their great communication and how much they helped us. They really went above and beyond! The place was so roomy and had more than enough space for 8 of us! So convenient that it is near Ueno/Asakusa. The strollers were so nice to be able to borrow to use. Would definitely stay again when we return, especially with kids!

Amazing place to stay. We had 3 couples and everyone got their own room (plus extra room for suitcases). The location is very central if you want to hang out in Shinjuku, Shibuya areas. Large kitchen (though we didn’t cook). Big dining table for 6-8 people. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you’d need. We even did a couple loads of laundry. Highly recommend for a group of 6.

Great space and cozy setting, highly recommend recommend to those with a (rental) car as not as convenient to public transportation.

9人で宿泊させて頂きました。 立地も駅から近く、ローソンの上とわかりやすかったです。 室内は白を基調とした空間でとても清潔感があり快適に過ごすことができました。

The home is situated near the river and is next to a lot of restaurants. The home itself is very modern, Japanese style, minimal, stylish decor, and thoughtful touches throughout. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. We really enjoyed being close to the water and having so many dining options within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property in a brilliant location with lots of amenities locally!

Nicole 's place is as described on the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed using Nicole 's place as a base to explore nearby historical sites. We also enjoyed watching all different kinds of boats and ships passing through the straits. Weather was a little rough but the house kept us warm and safe. Thank you Nicole.

This place was the epitome of peaceful. We loved our stay so much and would definitely come back. Host was wonderful, helpful, responsive and friendly. The view is gorgeous and the house is loaded with amenities. Not house related, but just as a tip, it was sometimes difficult to get a taxi if you do not have your own car. That would not deter us from staying at this amazing place again! Absolutely stunning!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. There is a beautiful park directly behind the house, and it snowed while we were there, which was spectacular. Takayama is a relatively small town, so almost everything is walkable from the house. Iori manages several properties in the town and does a great job. I suspect that any property managed by Iori would be a great choice.

Villa au top du confort, hôte disponible par messagerie et très réactif. Tout était très propre et l'équipement de qualité. Piscine propre, extérieur propre et bien équipé. Bus à proximité pour se rendre au métro, laverie, supermarché à 2 pas de la villa. Petit restaurant de l'autre côté de la route. Rien à dire à part que tout était parfait. Le seul bé mol est que nous ne sommes pas venu à la bonne période (fin avril) pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine. Je recommande à 100% ce logement de qualité.

4世帯の子連れ旅行で利用しました。キッチン、部屋、お風呂、敷地が広く、マッサージ機もあるのでとてもゆっくり過ごすことができました。 庭や室内で遊べるグッズ、子供用のテーブルと椅子、ハイチェアなどもあったので子供達もとても楽しんでいました。 また大所帯で旅行することがあれば利用させていただきたいです。

事前のコミュニケーションから宿泊当日の対応まで、レスポンスも早く気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。料理も美味しく、プールも子どもたちが何度も入る満足っぷりでした。また利用したいと思います！

ホストのNanaさんが優しく丁寧に説明してくださり、楽しく過ごせました！ また機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思いました。

あいにくの雨でしたが、広く綺麗な室内で仲間たちと楽しい思い出を作ることができました。また、チェックインの時間を調整してくださるなど、大変親切な対応をしていただきました。またの機会がありましたら是非よろしくお願いします！

バーベキューができプール付きの為、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。ホストの方も親切で色々気にかけてくださり、感謝です。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

Es war ein wunderbarer aufenthalten und die Gastgeberin war sehr entgegenkommend und rund um die Uhr erreichbar! Absolute Empfehlung!
