Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

There is also a game room to make lots of lasting memories with your family. We are only 40 minutes to Daytona & New Smyrna Beach. 45 minutes to theme parks.

Farm life at its best! Located right next to our tree farm, bass stocked pond with dock on property, decor is Palm trees, Exotic Zebra farm life. There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Pablo) Zebra. (Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.

The Hillside Haven Oasis

Enjoy a warm and inviting stay in our beautiful Sanctuary in your own private guest quarters, sweetly dubbed, "The Hillside Haven Oasis" This is an extension of our home, similar to a Mother In Law Suite. Only shared space would be the outdoors and we leave that for your private enjoyment. Mira Bella South

Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) This old Florida neighborhood is surrounded by nature and state-owned preserves, with 1.5 acres of Florida country where wild deer, turkey, raccoons, and even black bear frequently visit. The quiet country setting is centrally located to many adventures Florida has to offer.

The Cottage at True Trail Farm

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.

Schur Haven Craftsman Cottage.

Clean, cozy two bedroom craftsman cottage just two blocks from downtown. Schur Haven is a great place to relax and connect with the history of Deland. It sleeps four in two beds, has parking for two cars, and has a great front porch. Cable and wifi are included along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is small and basic, but has the essentials you'll need if you want to cook.
