We had enjoyed staying here! Our dogs love the house and backyard such a great space for fury friends! We definitely will be coming back here to stay!

This place was amazing! Dawn was very responsive and proactive in recommending restaurants and boat rental places, etc. The setting in the backyard was beautiful with the pool and the lake and it was so peaceful. The house was nice and clean when we arrived and we would definitely stay here again! We loved our stay in Granbury! Thank you Dawn!

We visited for the total solar eclipse as the property was in the path of totality. The property was exactly as described. The "master suite" part of the property was nice having its own entrance/exit from the other two bedrooms. We took my sister and two nephews with us. Our 4-year old nephew loved having his own big room and bathroom. A pack and play was provided for the youngest nephew - which was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was a nice addition. The swimming pool was also nice. There is an outdoor area to BBQ, however, its a community item so if someone else was using it you were unable. We changed our menu plans so it wouldn't be an issue for us. The river walk was also nice for our dogs. The property is kept up very nice, the landscaping is beautiful and the doggy stations along the perimeter are appreciated. We would definitely visit here again.

The view was gorgeous, it was very private, comfy beds and plenty of options for hanging out outside. We wish we could have used the 4th bedroom, but it is only accessible from the outside of the home and had no bathroom. Our family, with two toddlers, loved the putting green and ability to eat on the outside deck.

The house had everything we needed! The decor was so interesting and fun. We loved the record player, records and games. The four bedrooms and two baths were great. The weather made sitting on the patio very comfortable. The kitchen was very conducive for cooking. The drive to the square was easy and convenient. It was a great weekend. Thank you!

This home was all that and then some! If i could give more stars i would! From communication to check out everything was top notch! Beautiful home, property and all the little extras to make you feel like you’re at home! Beautiful property, pool and so much room! What a great home with an amazing view! We loved being on the lake and close to town! We enjoyed the downtown square of Granbury and even took in a show at the Granbury Live! Fantastic time with incredible hosts who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect-despite the freezing weather! Thank you so much for sharing your home with my sisters and me!!

A beautiful view of the lake any time of the day. The back deck is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house had a great layout, and we loved the large kitchen, comfy furniture, and having onsite laundry.

We had to find a place last minute to bring scammed on another site. Antonio and Rebecca were amazing and were able to get us in to this property without any problems, even though we had a group and pets. We will definitely keep this property saved and possibly use it again! Would definitely recommend this property!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect little house for a couple. Super close to the square, so no need to drive anywhere once we were settled in.

Great location for a long weekend stay. We were in town for a wedding. The view from the backyard was great, the rooms were incredibly spacious, and the kitchen well stocked.

Absolutely adorable home! Kimberli is extremely accommodating, pleasant & responsive. I have frequent guests & this is the perfect place for them to comfortably stay. It’s not my first & wont be my last time I reserve this property. I highly recommend the home & Kimberli as a host.

I truly enjoyed this home ! The lake access was so convenient and the home allows beautiful reviews when drinking coffee in the morning . The private driveway was awesome and out of the way of everyone . The down fall was the check in time was 4pm which is usually 3pm for all other airbnbs , also I noticed the cups and plates that were here had a large amount of dust just from sitting. Minor things for an overall beautiful home and awesome experience.

Jolly’s place was beautiful and just as pictured and described. We liked that it was gated and felt secure. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed too. Jolly was always responsive to our questions which we appreciated. The only thing that we didn’t like was that there were 3 stray cats on the property that kept trying to get in the house, crying and scratching at the door and wouldn’t leave us alone when outside. We weren’t even able to sit by the fire pit without them trying to jump on us. We would still give it 5 stars even with this issue since the house was so nice and met our needs. We did bring the cats to Jolly’s attention as well.

We had a great stay at the Main House at Country Woods Inn! The location was perfect for our family New Year's vacation, just 15 minutes from Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim. We loved all the amenities on the property: fishing, petting zoo, small library, tether ball, see saw and campfire. We were able to walk to the river to fish and look for tadpoles at Big Rocks park. We loved having pizza a the large farmhouse table which easily sat our group of 11. The 5 kids enjoyed the loft and each of the three couples were comfortable in the downstairs bedrooms. The house was cozy and quaint. Helen was incredibly responsive as we prepared for the trip and while we were there. I texted her about s'more sticks and she knew exactly where I could find them. We loved having s'mores at the campfire! One of our favorite parts was petting rabbits and watching Lily the goat jump the fence. We definitely will tell our friends in Dallas to check out Country Woods Inn!

Tina's place was amazing! Our church youth group praise team stayed here for our spring retreat, and the kids absolutely loved it. The view from the porch was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the walking trails and bonfire. It was a perfect getaway, and we would definitely come back for another retreat!

5 minute walk to Granbury, Texas main courthouse “Texas square” and we stayed during a wedding so the house worked out well.

The house was amazing enough space to be with my kids and grandkids, would definitely be coming back. Amy was a great host as well she would respond fast and answered any questions we needed.

This is a darling house with lovely furnishings and decor. Great location within walking distance to the square., it was a comfortable and cozy stay. Though we had a couple of hiccups, Ginger was quick to respond and made everything right. . Important note: the two bedrooms are both on the second level (third bed is on a sleeping porch), in the event you are traveling with anyone who can’t do stairs.

The Enchanted cottage was an amazing place to stay. It was a great escape from the crazy day to day for us! It was so peaceful and relaxing! The sites from the house were truly enchanting! I love the set up of the house! Cindy and Anthony communicated clearly and made us feel so welcome during our stay!Would definitely stay again!

The Crow's Nest was everything we could have hoped for! The whole family had a blast in the game room, kayaking, fishing, relaxing with the ducks, playing games! Peaceful neighborhood. There is so much to do and so many little things to look at in this amazing home! The house is fully equipped. Thank you so much we never wanted to leave!
