This was great! Hosts were helpful and we had a great stay at the apartment. We didn’t end up using any amenities, but they looked nice. We felt very safe in the gated complex and cozy in the apartment. Would stay here again!

This was a great place to stay - it had everything we needed and the view was spectacular! It was great to come back after a long day of work and eat dinner on the balcony and just relax.

We needed a spot for the night due to booking complications with another Airbnb. Chuck’s spot was perfect, the help from his team was top notch. Very informative and helpful! Beautiful spot near the lake and not too far from a small town

Jane was more than accommodating and went the extra mile to bring my pup some treats on our second day of the trip. My puppy had found some thing to disassemble while I was out on business and Jane an agreeable and negotiable as I promised to pay for anything that needed to be replaced. She didn’t even request any amount as to what I need to pay so I paid what I deemed a fair amount would be and she was more than agreeable with what I had offered. 10-10 would definitely recommend and would stay here anytime I was in town.

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

It was amazing to stay at Jackie's place. It was immaculate, tidy, and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet. The place was filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Communication was great and Jackie was very responsive to any questions. The location was conveniently close to wherever we needed. I am recommending her place with both hands!

Very peaceful and loved sitting outside at night listening to pool bubbling and light reflecting off water. Pretty dark except from people in other balconies with very bright string lights on all night, every night. But they have curtains to block that out.

Zach’s place was beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pools, hot tubs and our own balcony. A wonderful location to get away from everything and revel in the peace and quiet. Very spacious and the two full bathrooms made getting ready so much easier.

Had a wonderful stay. My husband found a running trail nearby. Crunch fitness was easy to sign up for and nearby. Clean and quiet Close to lots of things. Hope to stay here again!!

Whether you’re an early riser who loves watching the sunrise over the water or someone who enjoys evening walks by the shore, this spot offers a serene and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and style. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush bedding and comfortable furniture. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the whole space just feels so inviting.

This was a 10 out 10 experience. Peace and quiet, rest and relaxation, and world class hospitality all rolled up in to one when it comes to Bill and Rita’s home. Two great hosts! Can’t wait to stay at Arete Stay again in the future.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. This condo was a great spot for our family to stay while attending a family wedding at Horseshoe Bay. The remodel of this condo as well done and the pictures describe it perfectly. I stayed in these condos every summer as a child and have great memories here, I’m glad they have kept these convenient condos up. Kevin is a great host and everything is just as described. He responds quickly to questions and helps out with other things outside of just the rental. You won’t be disappointed with this unit. Until next time…….

We stayed here for a long weekend. This was our first time in Austin. We thought the condo was very centrally located and was a great place to come back to after an active day of checking out the area. We would definitely recommend it to others!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

Place is so quiet and peaceful. Great location with lots of scenery. All amenities you could ask for. Was very well decorated and super clean! Definitely worth the money!
