Sandy Lodge is a home set in the sand dunes with a terrace and gate leading directly up and over to the large Blue Flag beach at Sea Palling, North Norfolk. Near to the Seal Colony at Horsey. Charming boathouse, Norfolk Broads

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.

Sevena Cottage is located just minutes from the famous Winterton beach, which boasts a seal colony who have pups during the winter. The 19th Century cottage has wooden floors throughout, a wood burning stove and 3 cosy bedrooms. The garden is perfect for pets, with a sun house to the rear of the garden, for moments of calm. There is off road parking for two cars.
