It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

The building was an old library now converted into flats. The flat is on the ground floor with own entrance, private yard and parking. A home from home, fully furnished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. It is in a prime location, 10mins from the city center, 5mins walk from the scenic coastline. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
