This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. Revisit your best Penn State memories in this clean & comfortable pet friendly modern 3 bed/2 bath duplex!  5 min ride to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.   All new bedding/mattresses, (3 queen) but we also have 2 sofa beds in the loft available & air mattress. About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)

The Peaceful Park Forest Cottage is a small stylish home (2 bed, 1 bath) located in the family friendly Park Forest neighborhood. The cottage is perfect for couples or small families. The house is close to restaurants and stores on N. Atherton, 10 minutes from PSU and downtown State College. Our house is NOT a party house and is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Our place is good for couples, small groups, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). You will have your own private entrance and off street parking in a quiet neighborhood with great views.

The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.
