Beautiful home is a great location for all the attractions of hove and still not far from the hustle and bustle of Brighton. Very close to the station so great and easy for travelling to. The flat is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to return and will be recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you Ben! :)

Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

This was perfect for a few days away: Easy to walk to from the bus stop at the pier and with a great outlook across the beach. Easy to walk into town to find a variety of restaurants. The flat was just as described and the kitchen and living room space would be perfect for 4 or 5 people. We had a lovely time. Thank you !

Es war sehr nett in Lancing. Die Lage ist ideal um sowohl Brighton als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Dazu ist man auch direkt vom Haus schnell am Meer. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Woche. Lieben Dank an Harley!

A great stay in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and close to Shoreham town centre with easy buses in. Felt right at home and communication was top tier. Definitely consider this for a weekend beach getaway!

A lovely house exactly as viewed online. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and the cinema room was fab. The location is amazing, close to pubs and restaurants, shops and the beach. Mike is a great host and always replied quickly to queries, providing advice on local amenities and places to visit. I would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again next year.

This is a beautifully renovated Brighton flat on a quiet street near the heart of the city. Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, and luxurious bathroom. Plus lots of funky art on the walls and a sun-filled patio. We had a wonderful stay in England's most vibrant, diverse city, and this flat was a big reason why. Allan and Toni made sure we had everything we needed and were there to answer any questions we had.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Vicky's house. Very comfortable and clean, no surprises, and looks like the photos. Shoreham Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the front of the house overlooking the river is very relaxing. Last of all Vicky was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. Would recommend.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

The house was perfectly located for my family’s vacation; it was very quiet with outstanding views of the sea with great access to cliff walks and local facilities plus the frequent buses into Brighton. Each room was perfectly appointed, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect for our family of 7 including three children. It is very spacious and comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay. Our host, Yvonne, was very responsive both before and during our stay and was gracious, and focused on ensuring our stay was perfect. As a seasoned global traveler, I would unreservedly recommend this property for your family vacation. I rarely, if ever, right reviews but the quality of this property compelled me to do so. Thank you, Yvonne, for making our family vacation such a success.

The property was lovely and really well kitted out. A central location that is within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. David’s communication was great from start to finish.

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

This is a such a nice apartment. The space is very bright and inviting. It is well appointed and extremely clean. The rooms are comfortable and lack clutter. The fresh flowers were a great touch and made the space just that much nicer. The bathroom is perfect. It is all brand new and the shower had great pressure and temperature. My son and I were in town for a Brighton game and we couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The shore is literally a stones throw away and it's a quick walk to the train station and shopping areas. We tried a few restaurants on Joanne's suggestion and they were excellent. What a great stay!

One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb was staying in this gorgeous flat. It’s perfectly located right opposite the ocean, and near to everything you could want. The flat itself is beautiful and large - waking up to the to the sea view everyday has had such a brilliant impact on my wellbeing. I was worried about the WiFi strength, having read it was patchy in Brighton, but this genuinely was super fast with no issues. If this wasn’t enough, Stephen went out of his way to provide extremely helpful insider advice on the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - if you’re considering this, do it!

Philip is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided a beautiful welcome basket for us and some milk in the fridge. The apartment is very spacious with comfy sofas, and has a lovely outlook onto the seafront. Great shower and hot water aplenty. It’s situated far enough away from the bustle of the city, but within walking distance of everything we needed for our short break. There’s a good range of restaurants and take outs nearby too. All in all a lovely stay in Brighton.

We had a lovely time at jacks place, he was a responsive host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Great location only 20 mins via bus to Brighton marina or hove train station just opposite the accommodation. Had everything we needed and more, I would highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in hove/brighton. Perfect location for adults looking for a few nights away.

Had a lovely stay at Katie’s apartment which was conveniently located; the building is beautiful and steeped in history and the views were awesome. Katie left clear instructions and everything was clearly labelled plus the place was clean and cosy. Thank you for your hospitality- hope to visit again 🥰

Katrina’s airbnb was gorgeous and spacious, it matched the description perfectly and was perfect for our stay for the Brighton marathon! The property was very clean and in a great location, 15 minutes away from the train station and 5 minutes away from the seaside! Katrina was very friendly and helpful, always very responsive and was kind enough to give us recommendations for nearby places and taxi companies in the area. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future, thank you.
