Erin was very friendly, and detailed with check in instructions. We actually had the chance to meet her upon arrival, super sweet. Her place was clean and extremely peaceful. It was a very relaxing weekend for my husband and I. We loved the large windows . There are several restaurants within a few miles and close to the expressway. We will definitely be returning. One thing to note for those who it may matter, there is no television or microwave. We were absolutely fine without either 😊.

Place is a great comfortable stay

Beautiful home and unit was exactly as described. We loved the ease of walking to downtown Meadville restaurants and walking around the historic neighborhood. The unit was very clean and quiet and very comfortable.

My sister and I stayed here when visiting our mother. We were familiar with the building from growing up here and were pleased with how easy it was to walk into town and get around from. The living space was quite nice and felt bigger than it actually is because it is laid out really well. Had the weather been warmer, we would have enjoyed sitting out on the deck.

Awesome stay for two couples celebrating St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Easy walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend! Nicholas was easy to work with and communicative. Loved the space!

I loved staying at Sharon's place, like being at home. Very peaceful and relaxing. I would love to stay here next time I am in town.

We were in Youngstown for my sons wrestling state tournament and stayed at this amazing place. The place was perfect the host was more than accommodating and the Bassett hound enjoyed the stay as well!!!

More beautiful than the pictures show, I thoroughly enjoyed this house. Decor was beautiful mid-century/shaker style, which I personally love. Spotless. The house was exceptionally well designed imo, great work triangle in the kitchen, the small bathroom was well thought out for functionality and there were lots of hang out spaces which all felt cozy and inviting. The backyard was private with a great view out over the hillside. Usually you can’t find private and a great view together. The neighborhood was exceptional, every home on the street was on a large parcel which added to the privacy of the home. I would highly recommend Sycamore house as a great place to stay. My husband and I have stayed in many beautiful vacation homes that were fine as vacation homes but you wouldn’t want to live in. This is a home that would love to live in. I was in town doing some wedding planning with my daughter who lives in Garrettsville, I hope to stay here again in the future.

I booked on zero notice and the Host was very responsive. The place was awesome for our crew to recharge for the weekend. I had a few questions and responses were very quick. Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

Everything was great! We were in town for a wedding and it was all that we needed for 5 nights and 6 days. He was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to find the door to the duplex and even had a neon sign that said “This must be the place” which was reassuring and also points for creativity. Also we needed to extend our stay twice and he was very helpful when the app wouldn’t let me. WiFi was easy appliances were easy to use, we even came home with all clean clothes. All the necessities were provided even a little laundry basket. Next time we visit our friends in Ohio we will definitely stay here again. The only thing i would say kind of bad was that the stairs were pretty steep and that was a little scary with a toddler but she learned them quick!

This house was the perfect place for us We had a wedding to attend At the great resort and it was 7 minutes aways. The host was very responsive When we did need him.

We were in town from TX, working long hours at a job site. The home was wonderful to come back to at the end of the day & be able to relax. The house is beautifully renovated with updated everything (I really enjoyed the master-bath & the lighting in the living room)! We stayed for a week & will try to book this property again when we return in the future.

Located in a neighborhood. It was easy to find and perfect if you want to be close to Ravenna or Kent. We found lots of privacy. Paul provided us excellent directions on how to check in.

Rustic exterior and spa like inside! Beautiful windows looking out to huge trees surrounding house. Very clean, very nice to deal with and prompt responses with questions! Area is quiet, safe and close enough to stores etc to be convenient. Hot tub was the highlight for us!

We were super impressed with Nicole's place! We were only there overnight after a show at Packard, but wanted to stay longer! The apartment was so thoughtfully and completely equipped and the accomodations were deluxe! That bathroom??? We may come back just for IT! We HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone coming to or passing through Warren!

I recently stayed at Al's property! The place was amazing! I enjoyed my stay! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! I had a relaxing weekend! The property is conveniently close to many stores, restaurants and attractions! The host was very friendly and responsive! He's refreshments were greatly appreciated after traveling and checking in so late! The house looks just like the pictures. I definitely will be staying here in the future! This is a great choice.
