Robert war ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön, noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Auffällig war, dass die Einrichtung sehr durchdacht ist. Immer wenn wir was brauchten, fanden wir es an der richtigen Stelle vor. Vor Ort war Jennifer immer für uns da. Insgesamt hat sich die ganze Familie im Haus super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Danke Robert.

Todo genial, la casa está muy aseada, ordenada y cumple con lo mostrado en las fotos. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos a cualquier sugerencia de sus huéspedes. Toda una experiencia, tanto en la estancia en la casa, como en el entorno que hay alrededor. Super recomendable y viaje para repetir.

We just spent a great week in April with our kids at Pere’s place, who was a very good host. We were lucky with the weather and had almost every meal outside at the table right next to the pool. We chilled out in the pool area or we drove to downtown Valencia and enjoyed the city. Also we slept very well in comfy beds and came home very relaxed.

Wir waren zu 6. in der Unterkunft und es gab ausreichend Platz . Die Betten waren super bequem und alles so wundervoll sauber ! Die Küche war fantastisch ausgestattet , es hat an nix gefehlt . Toll war auch, dass bereits Gewürze etc schon da waren . Der Pool, die Terasse und die kleine außen Theke mit Grill waren unser Highlight . Der Blick über die Berge bis hin zum Meer war einmalig ! Wir würden das Haus zu 100% empfehlen, man kann wirklich eine tolle Zeit dort haben . Wendy war eine unfassbar freundliche Gastgeberin und hat auf alle unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert und hatte tolle tips für uns . Man merkt ihr an, dass sie liebt was sie tut .

la casa de Mairi es una excelente opción para visitar Jávea. Reune todas las características que debería tener una casa de vacaciones y por tanto ideal para disfrutar de cada momento de la estancia. La casa y la finca son mejores que lo que las fotos muestran...piscina y entorno maravilloso, las vistas, amplio espacio para aparcar en la finca 2-3 coches. la casa con mil detalles de estilo y buen gusto, el aire acondicionado perfecto, los espacios para comer diversos y bien pensádos la amplitud de los dormitorios y cocina... en fin una casa de vacaciones realmente muy buena. Pauline's villa delivered everything as promised. A beautiful and well-stocked home with good connections to the town and beach. The modern kitchen offers a great space for families, and the architectural elements of the villa are second to none! I have no problem in recommending Pauline to anyone wanting to stay in Denia.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit der Familie über Silvester! Alles war wie beschrieben und das Haus, sowie Garten, Pool, Küche und Kamin haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke!

Nos hemos alojado tres matrimonios, con niños pequeños y todo genial. Los espacios comunes e individuales perfectos, así como la amplitud del jardín, la piscina climatizada da mucho juego, aunque en Semana Santa, los 26 grados se quedan cortos, habría que subirla un poquito. La limpieza ideal y la Villa dispone dispone de todo lo necesario en cuanto a enseres de hogar y electrodomésticos. Lo único que mejoraria es el mobiliario, ya que tanto los sofás como los colchones de matrimonio están bastante desgastados y se hunden y para nosotros el descanso es muy importante. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Juan is the best host you will ever meet. His Villa was stunning and provided more than enough room for the 8 of us. The Villa is in a beautiful little area that was quiet and peaceful. The train is a short walk, literally in a straight line from the front door. Any time we had challenges with transportation Juan was right there to help us which was so appreciated by us as a group. The icing on the cake was that we got to meet him on the night before we left. He is a great person and we would definitely stay at the Villa again.

We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

A Slice of Paradise in Denia! We recently stayed at Joy Joy Joy Casa and were captivated by the stunning views and welcoming atmosphere. The villa is a masterpiece, featuring a spacious outdoor terrace and a sparkling pool—our favorite spot. Each thoughtfully designed room offered comfort and space. The attention to detail is incredible and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking with fresh local ingredients a delight. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Denia's charming streets, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Our hosts, Michael and Joy, were incredibly attentive answering any questions we had and providing excellent recommendations that enriched our stay. In summary, if you’re looking for a luxurious getaway in Denia, this villa is a must-stay! It offers the perfect blend of relaxation, beauty, and warmth. Cinco estrellas es poco para valorar este alojamiento, lo primero, la puntualidad y amabilidad en el recibimiento, luego, la casa es increíble y las fotos no le hacen justicia, está en una localización inmejorable, estaba muy limpio todo y hemos disfrutado de una semana estupenda. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque tranquilidad, amplitud y limpieza.

La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, tuvimos algunos problemas con los desagues de las duchas pero el servicio de mantenimiento acudió de forma inmediata. la ubicación excelente.

Perfect place and Karen is a wonderful host! She took care of all our requests immediately, with no issues for late check-in. Place itself is very well maintained, spacious and well isolated so you could feel being on your own. With two teenagers we definitely benefited from the big, nicely heated pool and table tennis. We had amazing holidays. Thanks, Karen!

A lovely little villa, as described with a new patio area that extends up to the pool. Very comfortable, private and peaceful, with everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach/town (downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back!) You would benefit from having a car to get around and visit other places as there's lots to do in the area. Moraira itself is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. We visited with two small children and Playa de l'Ampolla beach is great for kids with a stream, rockpools and shallow sea for swimming. Choice of shops for groceries just a short drive away. Shae was a great host. We'd love to come back!

An absolutely lovely villa - splendid pool, a number of places to sit in various spaces in the garden - and full sky access to BBC, ITV and sky sports, which was an unexpected bonus! We will certainly be looking to return.

We agree with the positive reviews posted by the other guests. Communication during booking was very good and check in with Jan went smoothly. The villa is large, comfortable and clean and beautifully located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.
