I was very glad to stay at Avie's lodging. She is very friendly and helpful. The appartment is really neat and designed with taste. The surrounding is calm and safe. There is a 24h/24 7days/7 reception team + a gym room. If you want to commute in YouBike, there are 2 stations close to the building (one in 2min, one in 5min walk away). Supermarket, coffee shops and bakery in the corner on the street. I 100% recommend this Airbnb, one of the best in Zhubei in my opinion.

Great neighborhood to stay, just a short walk to the nearest convenience store. The room is in the 4th floor, no elevator. The host gave clear instructions to find and enter the place. The place was spacious, the bathroom was nice and clean. The basic stuff were there, like shampoo, body wash, tissues, mugs, percolator, slippers, towels, etc. Towels are smaller than the standard size though so you might need to bring your own if you’re used to large ones. I couldn’t complain, you get what you pay for. We enjoyed our stay!

轉換成繁體字： 公寓位於公園邊上，離河邊步道也很近，適合散步。附近有便利店、小超市、餐廳等，生活方便。步行距離內有公車到高鐵站和火車站，計程車需10-15分鐘可以到。 房間不大但很舒適。窗外噪音較大（來源於公路及周邊住戶的空調外機），對噪音敏感的人無法開窗休息。關窗後基本不會聽到外面的噪音。

離機場跟高鐵站都不遠，適合搭早班飛機或晚上抵達台灣的人。房東很熱心及時的回覆所有問題，也能安排機場接送 房間很有家的感覺，這次我們6個人一致都很推薦！下次如果還有出國也會選擇這裡

每間房間都滿大的，客廳也有足夠的空間可以運用，還有高速WIFI以及多顆藍牙喇叭十分加分，地理位置也是步行即可到達，優點很多，缺點的話就是浴室可以刷乾淨有些會更美觀，還會想再來入住，感謝🙏

Very nice host, but the host did not look anything like the picture, which felt a bit misleading. The host was very nice nonetheless.

We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful homestay in Taiwan, and it truly felt like staying at a relative’s house. Our host, Gene, was fantastic. For example, one morning, he noticed that we hadn’t bought breakfast for ourselves and kindly brought us some delicious bread and fruits. He was very friendly, always proactive with recommendations, and took the time to ask about our day. He also made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The space itself was homely, calm, and clean. The bathroom was spotless as well. Gene provided clear instructions on how to reach the place, which made our arrival smooth. While the surrounding area may not be as bustling or touristy as Taipei’s main area, we personally really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. Sanxia Market is nearby (within walking distance), and we spent an entire day there on Sunday. It can get quite crowded on weekends, but it's really interesting and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!
