The place was beautiful and very well located close to the lake (just across the road- easily walkable). Easy to get into and out of. Hot tub worked as advertised and easy to use (also clean!). Great place and would stay here again!

Just right for our short stay. A short drive to key places. Aptly named as we woke up to lots of songbirds.

Anyone who comes to Gradford for a Rocker B tournament knows the days are long and the schedule is unpredictable. Not only was Brandi's home clean and cozy (bonus points for board games and the coffee bar!), but she accommodated our last-minute change in arrival date AND our late check-out request when games were delayed. She gets it! We'll be back.

Stayed here while at a baseball tournament at rocker B Ranch. Loved how easy it was to get to the ranch from here and that we had Hemingway's restaurant right next door on the trading Post the little grocery store and gas station we're very close too. We loved Jennifer's unit in particular because it was on the 1st floor right by the pool. it was super clean and well stocked too!

Super cute house, clean, safe location and has its own private ramp and dock which is perfect! Will definitely be back this summer!

Everything was great for my family, lots of fun & a lot to do

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. It was exactly as described in the listing — no surprises, just a cozy and comfortable retreat. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Rocker B, which made the house super convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience. Can’t wait to return!

Traveled to possum kingdom to do some fishing and this air bnb was close to the lake and was easy to find. Overall the place was very clean, had everything we needed, and we had a great time. Thank you again April!

Great place to stay! Beautiful view and updated house plenty of room to spread out! 3 bathrooms a bonus. Lots of steps down to the water and lots of rules and things to do to check out but overall a wonderful place to stay!
