Very spacious rental in a quiet neighborhood in Brooklyn. My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable here. The kitchen had everything we needed & was modern and clean. There's even an extra beverage refrigerator if you need one. There are some extras that either the owner or previous guests have left such as syrup, PB, salt & pepper, vanilla and a few others that I can't recall. The bathrooms are all remodeled and lovely. Water pressure in one was great, one was not, even when the other one was not in use. Two of the beds were comfy, one was just ok. Linens were fine. If you need wash cloths, bring your own & if you like a towel for your hair, bring an extra. The downstairs is a bit cooler than upstairs so I'd recommend bringing slippers. They have throw blankets which were very nice to have. Nice TV & comfy couch. It rained most of our trip so we could not enjoy the patio. We drove so having a dedicated parking spot was clutch! Overall, I would recommend this rental

Heather‘s place is really wonderful. Great place to explore Brooklyn a bit of the beaten path. But nice restaurants and public transportation nearby. The house is spacious, quite and as described with everything you need in the kitchen. We will be back!

Delighted we picked Martha’s place for our stay in Queens. The place is exactly as described. Clean, comfy, and in a good location for exploring the city. Would def stay again if visiting NYC.

A beautiful, spacious apartment in which we felt very comfortable. Everything is very well maintained, there are beautiful pictures on the wall. Greene Avenue is not very busy, it is quiet at night. The subway station on Myrtle Avenue is about 10 minutes away, from there you can quickly reach Manhattan or Williamsburg.

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

We had a great time staying in Bed-Stuy in Elizabeth's brownstone. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, was easy to find street parking, and the interior was beautiful. Great coffee shop near by and walkable to many bars, stores, and transit. Elizabeth was very responsive when we had questions. The beds were very comfy too. Thanks for having us for the week!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tony’s place!! Tony is super welcoming and had great recommendations for things to do around the neighborhood. The garden apartment is lovely, super clean and comfortable. Located in a great walkable area with many restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. We will definitely be staying here again!

The place was clean and cozy. The host was very responsive and helpful. The descriptions were very easy to follow. The amentities were top-notched.

Logement situé dans un quartier vraiment paisible et sécuritaire. Centre d’achat, commerces et petit resto à proximité. L’accès au transport pour New York et le New Jersey est aussi accessible à pied facilement.

Sean y Cliff fueron muy amables, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Si te gusta un estilo antiguo, te va a encantar este lugar, Sean nos contó su historia familiar. La casa queda a 5 minutos del Path, por lo que te puedes mover fácilmente a NY city. Sean nos dio indicaciones claras para llegar, además nos indicó cómo ir al aeropuerto nuevamente. Había desayuno en las mañanas. Les agradecemos la hospitalidad ❤️

Leigh’s place was perfect for me and my daughter! We were here for three nights. It was a great location for visiting NYC. We had a parking spot in her driveway and simply walked a couple of blocks every day to The Path to get into the city. Always felt safe walking to and fro. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Perfect for regaining energy for another day in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

The online photo didn't do this space justice. Besides the bed, there was a small comfortable sitting area and TV. We appreciated the fridge, and coffee set-up, as well as the use of the laundry room. We didn't use the toaster oven or microwave. There were even bathrobes, but we didn't notice them in the closet until the day we checked out. Gary was a very kind host. We would recommend this place to any couple looking to stay in the wonderful neighborhood of Park Slope

Our first visit to New York couldn’t been better. It was all thanks to our caring and responsive hostess. Also, the location was safe and close to all of the main attractions. We definitely enjoyed using the subway which was a couple of blocks from Leslie’s place. I look forward to coming back and staying in this beautiful place again.

Le logement est très pratique car au pieds de l’arrêt de bus allant à New York et nous avons appréciés d’aller se promener à pied jusqu’à l’Hudson de nuit. La ballade est en contrebas et de nuit c’est vraiment magnifique . Le logement reste calme malgré la proximité de la route. Il faut juste savoir qu’il faut acheter des tickets de bus au terminal de bus, différents que ceux de New York car nous sommes dans le New Jersey. Il nous manquait des chaises et la propriétaire nous les à amener le lendemain et à été très réactive quand j’ai eut des questions. Je recommande

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in New York! It was perfect for our group of 7—spacious, clean, and really well set up. One of the highlights was having a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook meals together, and the in-unit laundry was a huge bonus during our trip. We also loved the backyard—it was such a rare and relaxing feature to have in the city! The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and subway access nearby, but still peaceful at night. Moe was friendly and responsive, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

Douglas and Monica were truly exceptional – they were proactive in reaching out, incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and offered great local recommendations. The location being right across the street from the park and the convenience of having restaurants and other amenities within easy walking distance was fantastic. We were impressed by the stylish decor, the high-end quality finishes, and the meticulous attention to detail for your convenience and enjoyment. We absolutely loved staying at Christinas place over Christmas. The house is as gorgeous as it looks and we felt right at home. The train station and ferry are in walking distance and great restaurants are just around the corner.

We needed a spot for our family of four on SI to attend a close family members wake & funeral. We were so glad to have found John’s home. It was super clean and perfect for our family. After driving 7 hours from New Hampshire John’s place is only minutes from crossing the Verrazano bridge. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Everything was as described. We were only staying for three nights but if staying longer we would have liked more towels since there is no washer/dryer on site. Loved having some snacks and water bottles already there when we arrived. And a dedicated parking spot for one vehicle was a huge plus on an island known for tough parking. We are already figuring out when we can plan to come back so that we can use this as a base for exploring Manhattan now that our kids are a bit older.

Margarita was a responsive and wonderful host. The location was very close to the train and walkable to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!
