The Lincolnshire wolds is only a 15 min drive for any Walking or Biking enthusiasts. Sup Hire is available downstairs. The Flat is cosy with a Open plan kitchen living area, 2 Bedrooms both with Sea views and a Bathroom with large shower. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all
