The sanctuary is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house with a full kitchen and bathroom. We are located within a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 30 minutes away from Redwood State and National Parks. Perfect launch location for hiking, surfing, cycling and enjoying this amazing place. Enjoy our beautiful quiet space for relaxation and renewal. The space is shoe and scent free.

On the Hammond Coastal Trail, cozy eco-friendly bedroom suite with expanded kitchenette, full bath, private entry, deck, yard, off-street parking. Set back hidden from the road in a bamboo oasis, it’s private and peaceful. Walk or bike to nearby river, beaches, forest. Or hop on the Highway 1/3 mile away. 3.5 miles to Airport, 30 to Redwood National & State Parks. We’ll share walls so you’ll sometimes hear me, though I try to be a considerate neighbor. Your comfort is very important to me!

Located in an upscale quiet neighborhood in the hills above Arcata, near extensive redwood hiking trails. Unwind in our sheltered outdoor living room, with a fire pit by the pond. From the deck of this one bedroom architecturally modern space, beautiful bayfront sunsets can be enjoyed. Arcata is a very pedestrian friendly, small town. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

If you are looking for a farm stay in the redwoods, come stay with us at this studio cottage with a full kitchen, washer dryer, patio, and fire pit. Enjoy the early morning (and sometimes all day) sounds of ducks, geese, turkeys and cattle . Surrounded by acres of Redwood trees, no street lights, and lots of wildlife. Enjoy the stars from the patio in redwood rocking chairs. The cottage has Roku Smart TV, NETFLIX, WIFI & all basic bath & kitchen essentials.
