Great on site facilities incl. pub, restaurant, pool, sauna, steam room. Shop and kids activities available.

Harwood Cottage is a very cosy self-catering holiday cottage in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park set in 150 acres of a private estate. It is central to all the local costal towns like Whitby and Scarborough. It is perfect for couples as it is very private and secluded location yet just a 10-15 minute drive to the local towns. Sunkissed Cottage is an Eco cottage with a log burner and underfloor heating throughout then South facing gardens make it perfect for lazy summer days or cosy winter breaks. Our beautiful family cottage is located at The Bay Holiday Village, Filey. Miles of quite golden sandy beaches a short walk away. A fantastic location for the site amenities, just a short walk to the Pub, cafe and leisure centre. Sister property to Salty Kisses, sleeping 9 and Sandy Toes sleeping 5. Both also at The Bay.

Nestled in a serene, private valley, our 150-year-old cow barn has been meticulously transformed into a charming retreat. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the master bedroom complete with a sea view. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is a perfectly formed family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay. A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.

Sleeping up to 4 ( king & super-king/2 singles) with dogs welcome, The Barn at Flaxston Gill is a rural idyll and the perfect getaway location for those seeking peace and tranquillity. The Barn is well equipped throughout – fine linens in the bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen (including climate-controlled wine storage). Free wi-fi, a bluetooth sound system and smart TV. Outside is a part-walled, sandstone patio with table and chairs and a large field which you are welcome to access.

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

On-site facilities include a swimming pool, children’s pool, sauna, steam room, gym, beauty room and dog friendly pub/restaurant. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed (subject to house rules).

Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.
