Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

This apartment has been fully renovated to a high standard with a south facing outdoor area with table and chairs. The beautiful historic market town of Reepham boasts a selection of shops, pubs and eateries all just a few minutes walk. The Norfolk coast just 13 miles and the fine city of Norwich 18 miles. A must is a visit to the famous Norfolk Broads National Park.

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.
