Long Barn is a newly renovated apartment on a private countryside estate, set in an AONB in some of England’s most beautiful countryside. It is situated on a quiet country lane on the edge of Winterbourne, yet within easy reach of the M4 & A34 and the local market towns of Newbury and Hungerford, with good links to Oxford, Reading and Swindon. London is only 42 mins by train. We are lucky to have several superb restaurants, charming country pubs, and a local farm shop all within just 3 miles.

This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. Lovely self-contained annex with outdoor space

A lovely self-contained annex furnished to a high standard in a quiet rural location on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, close to Newbury and Oxford and walking distance to Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Fenced secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The Annex is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space for one car. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.
