Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Den Garten mit den div. Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir oft genossen. Der geheizte Pool war das absolute Highlight! Badetücher/Bettwäsche kann man austauschen lassen oder das Hauskeeping bestellen, sowie Essen nach Hause liefern lassen. Pool und Garten werden fast täglich gepflegt und gereinigt. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine inkl. Tumbler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank ausgestattet, nur das Geschirr ist knapp berechnet. Das gesamte Resort ist sehr sicher. Haytham, der Propertymanager, hat uns sehr gut betreut. Das nahe gelegene und via Steg gut erreichbare Korallenriff ist wunderschön und in sehr gutem Zustand, schnorcheln lohnt sich definitiv. Restaurants sind in Laufdistanz erreichbar und sehr zu empfehlen. Um zur Altstadt mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Apotheke, Strand zu gelangen wird ein Fahrzeug benötigt. Der Aufenthalt war super, das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben! Super toll

The unit is part of a newly developed project. The unit is up to 5-starts hotel standards with full services upon request. My kids enjoyed the direct access to pool and sea. We enjoyed the four surrounding 5-start hotels where we would go for beach activities or restaurants. Amine and his fellow team member where helpful and responsive whenever needed. I felt it is good value for money and would come again.

Islam was a great host and i can absolutely recommend renting with him. He was flexible with check-in and -out. Organised transfers to and from the airport and was always there to help on short notice and in a extremely friendly way. The villa was nice, especially outside with the large heated pool and nice view, however you could recognize it is already a bit run down so i guess it belongs to the houses in El Gouna built more early.

I wanted to share my amazing experience with Sherif at Bytk. Sherif ensured that we had a top-notch experience. The energy at the place and the service provided are exactly what you look for on a vacation. The location, view, amenities, and service from Bytk are all rated 10/10. The sunset view is breathtaking and shouldn't be missed. I also want to mention that Sherif was able to accommodate us on very short notice, even on the same day. Bytk truly goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Well done and we will definitely be back!

Flavia is an amazing host! Communication was excellent—proactive, friendly, and always quick to respond. The house itself is a dream, and the location is unbeatable with stunning views. Mahmoud, who is on-site, was simply fantastic. He was discreet yet extremely helpful, making sure everything was perfect during our stay. We had an unforgettable time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The place is super clean, calm, comfey and all appliances are perfectly working, felt like home! The owner is super decent and reachable all the time along with his kind and beautiful team members who are ready 24 hours to get you whatever you want. Super close to gouna with a direct access to a highway going and returning. This is difentaly going to be my one stop destination whenever am planning to come to gouna or hurghada.
