We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family of 7. It was clean and comfortable. The backyard is big and gorgeous. The house is very close to the lake, and the grocery store as well. Although, the beaches in Bayfield were tiny, and do not suit big groups. (We had to drive for about 20 min to go to a better beach.) We also had an amazing service and everytime we needed to communicate with Jennifer, she was always there to answer us. Bayfield is a beautiful little town and the lake is just majestic. Worth the 10h drive from Quebec City.

This place was perfect for our small group getaway for a wedding that we attended. Cute, cozy and spotless! Love the decor and the fenced in yard for our dog made it super convenient! The host was great with quick and friendly communication! Highly recommend others to stay here, it has everything you need and more…we will be coming back!

Ally was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we felt right at home. Jason’s place was absolutely great to stay at! Has everything you’ll need for a quiet cottage getaway and more! The view from the living space was wonderful. Large backyard with BBQ, private beach, fire pit was a plus too. Very clean space, will definitely be back in the warmer months!

This may sound like I’m being dramatic but I’m not - Ryan is the kindest, most responsive and thoughtful host and human that I’ve ever met. He had hot chocolate and freshly baked cookies all set out for when we arrived, and he had the wood burning fireplace set up for us! My daughter absolutely loved the Church House! It’s breathtaking, and anyone thinking about going there should GO NOW! The mix of the old church architecture with modern interior and fixtures is so cool and cozy. The area is quiet and private with the town of Clifford 5 or 10 minutes away if you need a store or restaurant. It’s one of a kind to say the least and worth every penny! I’ll finish the review with a final word about Ryan - you can see in his eyes that he really enjoys making your stay as great as possible and you can trust that he will make sure your trip to his Church Home is memorable! Thank you Ryan, we can’t wait to go back!

Logan got back to us right away when we were looking for a place to stay that was very important to us As some BnB don’t respond quickly and having you wonder all day if you have a comfortable Room highly recommend and the stars were nice to see in the early morning and at night

Good value for the money. Clean and comfortable inside, air conditioned, large and bright kitchen/dining/livingroom space. Outdoor firepit, pool. A few minutes outside of Bayfield. Our unit was upstairs which I didn’t realize until we got there. Deck area was a little rough on our side of the building. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at Stonewood. The cottage is large, 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite. The cottage is large with high ceilings and a loft. It is well-heated and the kitchen was nice and well- equipped.

We had a lovely stay here. Very clean, well-organized and comfortable little suite. Also being close to bayfield and grand bend, gives you opportunity to enjoy beach on warmer months of the year. Little pool also was lovely.

We had a great stay. The host was responsive and helpful for checkin and out. We had a great time and it was close to a lot of the hiking trails, beaches and beautiful sights.

We had the most wonderful visit at Dewey's cottage. When we entered the house, we were greeted with the fresh smell of a clean house! There were 2 bedrooms on the main floor, and two in the basement. We were two families, so this set up was perfect, as it allowed each family to have some privacy. The pool, big yard and trampoline were all a hit with our kids. The kitchen was stocked with lots of cutlery, plates, cooking items and basic condiments. The beach was within walking distance - and the view of the lake could be seen from the house which was breathtaking. We absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the A Frame cottage! Tons of walking trails through the property, beautiful pond with the cutest little duck family! Was a great stay and would definitely recommend!

The cottage was everything I'd hoped for -- cozy, serene, tidy, thoughtfully decorated with the guest in mind, and best of all just a 5-min walk to the beach. I aimed to relax and recharge during the holidays and that's exactly what I got. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all my queries. If I decide to getaway at Grand Bend again I've found my go-to place to stay.

The cottage was perfectly quaint and so cozy! Exactly what we were looking for - a place to relax, read, and walk along the beach. We stayed 3 nights in early November, so we cozied up inside mostly, but I could see spending more time down on the beach during summer. The uninterrupted view of the horizon is incredible! (FYI, there are ~100 stairs down to the beach, but it's worth it) Bayfield and Goderich are very close, both delightful towns to spend an afternoon walking around in, visiting the local shops. I would not hesitate to come back again, we felt we very rejuvenated after our long weekend here.

Mine was a last minute reservation and Sally’s Place went over and above to make it work for us. The cleaner did a fantastic job and the food provided for breakfast was perfect for my group.

Spent three days and two nights at this super cute and cozy newer built lake house. The house is a little out of the main town (but only about 5-7 minute drive back into town) in it's own private little neighborhood close to the lake. The path across the street that leads to a nice grassy area to sit and enjoy the lake was great! You couldn't walk to the lake itself from there (too steep), but you probably just want to go into town to the sandy beaches anyway. Fall was a good time to visit as the leaves were beautifully changing colors. The house was super clean, well furnished, and I'd seriously decorate it almost exactly like they did if I had a lake house. My 9 and 12 year old kids enjoyed it as well. We may never come back to Goderich again, (this was sort of a once in a generation trip back to where my dad was born but hadn't been back in over 50 years), but if by chance we do, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just wish we had a little more time there! Thanks!

We absolutely adored Dalton’s place. It’s so cute and nicely decorated. They thought of everything. The stairs to the beach are endless but a great workout:). Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it

We have been visiting the Pinery and the Grand Bend area for years so this was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy our favorite beach and woodlands from a quiet neighborhood with a clean comfortable house to relax in. A weekend of fossil hunting at the beach and walking the woods was topped off by being able to walk to the Sunday Flea Market. Great spot! Thanks

Thank you for a lovely stay at your rustic cabin. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and seeing all the stars at night. Thank you for dropping off some really delicious tomatoes in the morning.
