Just 10 miles from the Lake District National Park, it makes an ideal base from which to explore this stunning region.

Upstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen and living area with a wood-burning stove, overlooking surrounding fields. An outdoor balcony provides a lovely space to relax and enjoy the view. The property also offers a wood-fired sauna with indoor hot and cold showers, which can be booked separately. An on-site café and coffee shop are just a short walk away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

The Paddock, Ullswater

The Paddock is a detached cottage located in the heart of the National Park. The property sits in the Ullswater valley in the village of Watermillock and boasts views of the lake from its private balcony. It has a spacious garden equipped with a tyre swing and a driveway to accommodate a number of vehicles. You can walk to a variety of pubs, the local camp shop, Pooley Bridge and Aira Force. In the evenings, dine in our open plan kitchen diner and then relax on the balcony or in the lounge.

The Hide Lodge is a stylish space, designed with relaxing and retreating in mind. It is cosy and warm with underfloor heating. The open plan lounge and living area has full width bi-fold doors, which allows the space to be fully opened up to feel like part of the woodland beyond. The main bedroom boasts sliding french doors, also overlooking the woodland and stream, with a bath placed to enjoy this view. There is a private terrace and patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining or star-gazing.
